My self-summary
My name is Jordan and I'm a graduate of Indiana University. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Slavic Languages and Literatures (read super nerd).

I'm a fairly shy introvert at heart who can put on a full-proof disguise when out with friends. I'm an avid reader who also greatly enjoys the outdoors and any form of competition... Seriously though, I bet I can such and such better than you can so and so. I'm an ardent runner and love to play and watch a variety of sports, basketball, soccer, and football being among my personal favorites.
What I’m doing with my life
Currently lost in the woods... unfortunately... Preparing myself for Korea!
I’m really good at
Playing the role of the hopeless romantic. However, when I'm not cocking that up, I've been told I'm an excellent listener and have quite the knack for remembering even the smallest of details from conversation. Trust me, I'm going to remember that conversation that you forgot you told me about that bitch Carol in your Econ class (get your shit together Carol).
The first things people usually notice about me
My general appearance and how quickly I am able to change it entirely without a moment's notice. I've had every hairstyle from comb over to faux hawk and have been known to go from beard to baby face overnight.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books- As my degree would imply, I'm a big fan of Classical Russian Literatures. If authors such as Solzhenitsyn, Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Nabokov, Zamyatin, or Pushkin really get you going... I'm most likely your man.
I'm currently delving through the madness that is Crime and Punishment, but some of my all time favorites include the ranks of Brothers Karamazov, We, War and Peace, and Lolita.

Movies- I'm a sucker for a good Romance or Rom Com movie. My favorites include Love Actually, The Notebook, 500 Days of Summer, and Definitely Maybe. However, I also enjoy the more conventional, such as the Nolan Batman Trilogy, We Were Soldiers, LOTR, and a multitude of comedies.

Shows- Skins, How I Met Your Mother, Walking Dead, most anything on HGTV, and my all-time guilty pleasure Duck Dynasty.

Music- I can't even begin to define my musical tastes. In fact, my username attempts to capture this as my listening range varies from Hip Hop and R&B to Contemporary Country. Some of my current favorites on Pandora are Childish Gambino, The Smiths, Lana del Ray, Blake Shelton, and Motion City Soundtrack (always).

Food- I've been told that I have a rather simple palate, but I am keen on trying a multitude of different cuisines if the opportunity presents itself. In fact, I just learned that I love traditional Korean cuisine with the help of some friends and some Shōchū.
Six things I could never do without
Love (and all of its wonderful quandaries), Books (real books, none of that Kindle bull), Music, The Constant Pursuit of Knowledge, Friends, Outdoor Activities/Sports... More or less in that order.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Everything.... I'm in my head more than I would like to admit.
On a typical Friday night I am
Either spending the night catching up on some reading at home, redditing, or out with friends reminding the masses how to dance... word.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've been known to spout off quotes ad nauseam from a variety of romantic movies... Fair warning...
You should message me if
Anything in my profile has piqued your interest, if you want to talk, get to know each other, or if you think you've seen The Notebook more times than me... Don't worry, you haven't :).
