My self-summary
so i'm obviously bored because i'm re-doing my profile. here goes: i'm honest, silly, shy, sweet, perverted, introverted, modest, geeky, quirky, "deceptively intelligent". i'm a single father and a hard worker. believer in karma. i would love to be in a relationship. i've almost given up on it though. so much so that i plan to open a chain of stores that specialize in cat adoption and knitting supplies. gonna call it knittens & kittens. not only will i be the owner, i'll also be a client. so yeah, i'd love to be in a relationship but what i'm really interested in is making new friends and connections. i won't stand in the way if that leads somewhere else though.
What I’m doing with my life
i'm an inventory auditor and driver. i travel a lot and i work late. i work with truly colorful/crazy individuals. when i'm not working i'm spending time with my mini me. i stayed home to raise my daughter for 3 years. it's certainly an interesting story and a decision i'm proud of. i wouldn't trade that experience for anything. that's not to say that it was a roller coaster of blissful merriment. it was a trying time and i persevered. in a lot of ways i'm still putting myself back together. when not working or with my daughter: i have can't miss tv shows, watch a lot of movies, read comic books and manga, go to wrestling shows and football games, shoot pool, video games. my friends and i throw game nights and scary movie nights and other things when we have time to get together.
I’m really good at
I can draw a little bit. I was better when I was younger but I haven't done it seriously in years. I'm pretty creative in different ways. I'd like to be a writer at some point. I'm full of positivity and good advice. No, seriously. Apparently I'm a good opener. Like I can get someone interested in talking to me, but that's pretty much where it stops lol. I'm awesome!
The first things people usually notice about me
i'm quiet and reserved. i smile a lot. no matter what i'm going through, i have a smile on. i think it's important to remember that everyone is going through something. somethings u know right away, others will always be hidden. being conscience of that, i never want my problems to be someone else's concern. when u think of me, u smile too. my eyes r another thing. they're expressive and get me into trouble quite a bit.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Food: i've been going through a change lately. i was never a healthy or unhealthy eater. to be honest, it was more to the unhealthy side. after a stomach bug late in 2012, i started eating mostly healthy. a salad a day, yogurt and fruit for breakfast. it's like i've been replaced with a pod person. don't misunderstand though, pizza and ice cream, still major players. just not very often.

Music: a bit of everything but techno, gospel, reggae, classical. my playlist is mostly rap, r&b, alternative, rock, easy rock, oldies, country, j-pop. i honestly just collect music that's had an affect on me. a movie that i watched constantly as a kid, i've got the soundtrack. my favorite anime, i've got the intros and outros. my favorite wrestler's theme, yep. heard a song in line at the grocery store, shazammed it. if it evokes a feeling, memory, or inspires me personaly, i rock it. i'm generally a fan of certain artists as well.

Shows: *sighs* i watch a lot of tv shows. so many. favorites still on right now though: game of thrones, house of lies, being human, true blood, boardwalk empire, supernatural, modern family, key & peele, arrested development, gotham, family guy, american dad, bob's burgers, south park, sleepy hollow, almost human, arrow, once upon a time, colbert, daily show, snl, always sunny, worckaholics, broad city, the mentalist, how i met your mother, parks and rec. big buffy and angel fan, breaking bad, heroes, dexter, dollhouse, veronica mars, king of the hill. terriers was a great show too. i do that thing everyone does on netflix. u know, watching cancelled shows and falling in love with them only to break ur own heart because u knew there wouldn't be anymore episodes. lot of movies as well. all genres.

Books: so i read comic books and manga. magazines here and there. constanly on wikipedia and sites like it when i need to know about something specific. it happens a lot. for instance, greek mythology. or the natural and industrial wonders of the world. with books though, i'm weird. i read the strangest things. like i've never owned a cat but i've read a book on training them. i have read normal stuff like some harry potters and sookie stackhouse books. classics back in my school days like everyone else. anything i read is something i'm uniquely interested in at that moment or committed to finishing.
Six things I could never do without
since family and my daughter should be a given, in no particular order(although honestly wi-fi should be first. don't judge me)...

1.air conditioning
2.clean water
3.a reason to laugh or smile
4.fast wi-fi
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Love lol. I'm a sad puppy. I think about love and being in love. I imagine what my perfect girl would be like. Then I think about having super powers. Yeah, I'm a guy.
On a typical Friday night I am
i'm with my daughter or hanging with friends. movies, billiards, bowling. at home by my lonesome reading or catching up on the shows i missed that week.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
i'm a horrible speller and it get's worse as i get older. i'm extremely awkward in social situations. i'm always confident that i'll say the wrong thing. or u now, the weird thing that totally made sense when i thought it.
