As an adult I try to express myself without being overcome by the fears that society sometimes instills in us. That means that you can find me dancing and singing from the heart – not in a performance setting but in an outburst of joy or fun that expresses my heart’s love for life. I also try to dance and sing during the hard times too… invoking love and hope when it is most needed.
Friendship, family, community: so important. I finally feel like I have a sense of community here in Vermont after moving back several years ago. I love the people in my life – dear friends and companions – but I want someone to share romance and deeper companionship with.
I feel like my “calling” in life has to do with helping people (including myself) heal the relationship we have with the land, with each other, and with ourselves. Mending our connection with the earth is really important to me. For instance, I hope to offer therapy outdoors teaching people to connect to the earth, learn new skills, and also reconnect with their own inner child.
I’m a gentle person, sensitive, caring, and authentic. I am also strong and stand up for myself and others. I am creative, passionate, free-spirited, and fiercely loving and loyal. I feel the Spirit in the trees and the sunrise. I see Beauty looking into the eyes of another. I love my own heart, take care of myself, and am committed to my own personal and spiritual growth.
I also love to sit around a fire, sharing in revelry and laughter, and enjoying the fun-loving presence of friends and strangers alike.
And getting my license as a therapist and taking classes in primitive living skills and other outdoor adventures.
Giving people hugs when they want them!
