My self-summary
I'm debating about whether I should be brutally honest about myself to whoever clicked my profile or whether to leave some things to be learned through actual human interaction (i.e. a date)... lets leave one key fact about myself to the end and you can judge whether you want to message me or message me back.

I'm a pretty easy going guy who began working in the city a few months ago for a relatively large company. I am educated in both Canada (where I was born which makes me a CBC) and Australia. My job has to do with my field of study but also at the same time, doesn't but to me its a bit of stepping stone that I believe most people in my field of study aren't willing to take due to arrogance.

Besides having lived in Australia, I have lived in Hong Kong and I was fortunate enough to do two things that I love in those two countries: play music (in a really bad band in HK but it was so great) and play baseball (In HK and in Australia). In Australia, I actually ran my school's baseball team as president/pseudo GM and that can either show you two things: 1. I love baseball and/or 2. I'm a giant dork.

I am totally aware how paragraph 2 was vague and paragraph 3 was pretty specific. Does that lead to any intrigue?

If you've read all that and like what you read, I should now lead to a pretty key fact that could make or break my profile. I recently got out of a serious relationship. My relationship intent is undefined and what I mean by that is I don't know if i'm actively looking for anything but I'm open to it so its a 'lets see what can happen' thing. If you're okay with that, lets chat or better yet, meet up for a coffee or an adult beverage and get to know each other.
What I’m doing with my life
I work for a large company downtown and studying for the Bar on the side.

*Slight edit*: So now, not only am I studying for the Ontario bar but also going to start studying the New York bar/UBE... Foolish decision? Yes!
I’m really good at
Listening and making people laugh
Recording random 1:00-1:30 min snippets of covers on acoustic
I also like to believe I'm very good at cooking but that can be debatable. I do make a pretty good shrimp bisque though which seems like a really bourgeois dish but it really isn't.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Mostly political and history non-fiction books like Shake Hands With the Devil and The Guns of August but I also really love Guy Delisle graphic novels and Y: The Last Man
All the Bond movies, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, really the list can go forever
Community, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Sherlock, IT Crowd, Firefly, QI
Music is just too wide ranged but I love Blues, Motown, Jazz and of course Rock
Mexican, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, and I'm a sucker for sweet and sour pork
The six things I could never do without
Music (the very existence and the music on my iPhone and computer)
My guitars
My family
My watches (I feel very off when I don't wear one)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life, Politics, Whats going on in the world, Where my next travel destination will be, sports... all things sports
On a typical Friday night I am
Out with friends for a few drinks talking about sports, music or politics. If not that, I'm home enjoying the great indoors with a book or a movie.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I totally copy and pasted my self summary from POF...

That and I love singing and dancing to 90's R&B in my kitchen and my car... well just the singing part in the car...
You should message me if
If you're not completely turned off by the terrible description about myself and that you'd think we have some things in common and might get along

If you can listen to Pony by Ginuwine and not have the urge to laugh because I certainly can't
