My self-summary
I was born in Freiburg, Germany but I am Icelandic, and I live in the capital, Reykjavík.

I like music mostly metal but Im pretty open to most music and I'm always searching for something new to hear (my profile: . I love to hear new stuff and my i-pod is always on full blast.

I also like reading, soccer (uk: football), internetsurfing playing videogames and hanging out with my chosen few. My favorite movie of all time is Back to the future II. I also really enjoyed [[Almost famous, The Quest for the holy grail and Shawshank Redemption. I rent a DVD all the time and apparently it's a pain to go with me to rent a movie because Ive seen it all.

My favorite football team in England is Liverpool. In Germany it's SC Freiburg. I'm not the type who supports teams just because they always win, some people aren't true fans :p

I love to travel and I've been to quite a lot of countries including: Ireland(2x), USA, Germany, Austria, Spain, France, Slovenia, UK (3x), Luxembourg, Italy (2x), Denmark (losing count)...this makes me get bored of Iceland sometimes, so I travel as often as I can. I also speak a few languages: Icelandic (of course), German (but I really want to improve it), a bit of Spanish (but just a bit), very little (and bad) Danish and fluent English.

Fæddur í Freiburg, Þýskandi en íslenskur í húð og hár.

I am interesting, a fighter, and emotional
What I’m doing with my life
I was studying Library and Information Science and I'm not sure if I want to return to that. What the future holds... who knows?

Working at a kindergarten Oct-Jan 2006. Went to folk high school in Helsingor, Denmark Jan-Jun 2007. February. This folk high school is pretty much a "kindergarten for grown ups". I like it there but I wouldn't be able to come there over and over like some people seem to do

Currently working at a place for mentally handicapped kids. I like it a lot, and I want to do that for a long long time.

I´m also planning going to Japan as soon as possible since that's where most of my friends live (I got to know them at a college in Denmark).. for some reason I find it easier to get to know foreigners than people in my own country.

Just recently I got into the university where I am going to study special education. I think I finally found my path...

What I'm listening to:
I’m really good at
I'm a pretty good goalkeeper (football, soccer). Being nice and caring and listening to what people have to say. :) Being honest about who I am. Basically good at making people feel good about themselves.

I'm also good at being on my own.

I'm a decent actor and singer

I suck at

Being the leader

Tying my shoelaces

The first things people usually notice about me
What a great listener I am (read: how quiet I am); I don't know what other features they notice though...maybe how awkward I am when I'm using my hands... yeah I suck at tying my shoelaces, writing and drawing (however some people like to think that drawing like a 5 year old is a nice thing..)

Six things I could never do without
1. My family 2. My friends 3. Music 4. My i-pod 5. My sanity 6. Sleep
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What to do with my life. Having fun. My potential soulmate (yeah I'm a hopeless romantic, I know) Music and things related to that stuff. How to improve my social skills... still working on that one. The next fun thing that happens (Christmas, next trip, my birthday) Vampires are pretty interesting too. The next place I will add to my list of places I've traveled to.

Japan and Japanese culture. I'm learning that I should have been born there :D

Stagnant- Devin Townsend

"Summer's here, the sunlight greets the day The winters gone, there's no more rain today... And if I could, I'm sure that I would take your breath away So ain't it funny how, after trying to find my way home I'm in the middle now and I won't get lost again Cause in the winter time, when everything is grey And in the summer time, into the month of May I get a feeling that it's all so temporary And that's the feeling that can take my blues away Tired of the way that I'm feeling everyday And I feel it in my head...woo-hoo-hoo... Tired of the way that I'm feeling everyday And I feel it in my head now, my head now It's beautiful, the way it's meant to be...beautiful, but it 'don't do shit' for me... So peel away a little skin and choke upon the bone And ain't it funny how, after trying to find my way home, I'm in the middle now, and I won't get lost again. But you don't know, how or when it's gonna go You don't know."
On a typical Friday night I am
Chilling at home watching a DVD, at a party or downtown, but usually just at home hanging on the internet.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
"I was from my mother's womb untimely ripped"

Hence my hearing isn't that great on my right ear (I never wear my hearing aid though), my stamina sucks and movements that require finesse aren't too good. But apart from that I'm pretty normal... I guess
