My self-summary
I'm a psychology student in Århus, enjoying the last bit of my student life.

I have varied interests, including music, books, films, (good) TV-shows and the occasional video game. I also have a soft spot for comics and I'm a big Star Wars fan, so if that kind of thing turns you off, you should probably stop reading. =D

If you do find yourself wanting to get to know me, however, I much prefer meeting in person than chatting on a website for weeks. Instead, let's meet up for a cup of coffee or a beer or something - I think you get a much better impression of each other that way.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm in the last year of my masters degree in psychology. I'm not sure if I'll go for research or working 'in the field', but I'm really looking forward to finishing up my thesis!
I’m really good at
I like playing music and I often find myself doing hands-on projects with wood or cloth or whatever I feel like making/improving.
The first things people usually notice about me
That I smile at strangers, I think.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
As for music, I adore artists like Otis Redding, John Scofield, Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles, Elvis Costello, Burt Bacharach, etc. The Beatles are long-time favorites of mine, though. As for more contemporary music, I'm a big fan of both Lake Street Dive and Bernhoft, but I'm always on the lookout for my next musical fix.

When it comes to books, Joseph Heller, Terry Pratchett, David Wong, Luke Rhinehart, Douglas Adams and similar intelligent humorists rule the world.

As for films, I have many favourites but just to name a few: In Bruges, Batman Begins / The Dark Knight, Star Wars (original trilogy), the first three Indiana Jones movies, Fight Club, Black Snake Moan, The Big Lebowski and Pulp Fiction.

My favourite TV series include Arrested Development, Archer, House, Parks and Rec, Prison Break, Unsupervised, Community, Louie and The West Wing.
Six things I could never do without
- Some kind of musical instrument.
- Social connections - friends, buddies, etc.
- Something (preferably interesting) to think about and puzzle over.
- Pen and paper (I often find myself needing to jot down ideas for whatever project I'm working on, or I'll forget it five minutes later).
- A steady flow of musical experiences.
- A constant supply of hot tea or coffee.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to convince people that a polar bear really is a huge hamster that only appears like a bear because of the shape of its fur
On a typical Friday night I am
Usually, I'm either with friends hanging out the cheapest bars in town; going to a concert with some surprisingly talented local artists; or at home with a movie and a warm cup of earl grey. Too often it ends up being the last one.
You should message me if
You like humor, psychology, science, music or if you think we might have something else in common. =)
