My self-summary
Thirtysomething living in the mountains of Southern Poland.

Live together with a wonderful woman and a great dog.
What I’m doing with my life
Happily engaged to this wonderful woman :-) - Yes, I know this is a dating site, but I've been on here since early 2005 and know too many folks here to kill my account. Besides that, this site is still a great resource to meet likeminded people. I happily live in the woods, although I'm often out for various reasons. I volunteer with a Belgian trail organizer, and I'm involved in the Satanic Temple, bringing rational, scientific Satanism to Poland and Central Europe.
I’m really good at
Geography. I probably know more about the subject than you. I might find myself totally into you if you manage to outsmart me on that subject.

Being an anti-Abrahamist. Why would anyone who heard voices, mutilated his own genitals and proceeded to attempt to kill his son to please these voices be taken seriously by four billion people on this planet? Abrahamic religion is probably one of the worst things in modern society. Sure, people stood a slightly better chance of surviving with it during the Bronze Age, but we no longer live in the fucking Bronze Age.

Besides that, if one would actually read the Bible, the only logical conclusion for a compassionate person would be that Satan is the force of good, and Jahweh is the force of evil.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have no idea. Ask them.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Maybe I should post a picture of my book shelf here... I enjoy documentaries, and I love watching aircrash investigation while sitting on a plane :-P Food: I prefer organic, and stuff where you know who killed and cleaned it, but after a few beers I usually care less.
Six things I could never do without
*Internet
*Coffee
*Rainproof clothes and decent footwear
*Books and maps
*Sisterless-a
*A big, smart dog.

The six things I could do perfectly well without:

*Extremely hot weather, as this runs counter to my idea of enjoying nature.
*Air pollution. If I really have to fuck up my respiratory system, I'd rather do it myself by smoking than let people do it for me by living in Kraków.
*Organized religion, of any kind in general, Abrahamic in particular.
*Authoritarianism of any kind
*Patriarchy and matriarchy
*Those who fight for social justice but completely get caught up in a type of theoretical, academic approach to it. - people, you're hurting the cause, not helping it. To me, you come across as bad as the MRA's, TERF's and SWERF's, and you provide ammo for the conservative right to attack us. Please read this article by Bailey Lamon from the Canadian Pirates. I fully agree with her.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Currently? The fucked up political situation in Nowy Targ, in Poland, in Europe and in America what sort of ramifications it might have for us in the (near) future.

Why is everything nowadays about having someone to hate? Can't we all just get along with each other and not force ideologies and religions down each others throats? The Trump presidency would certainly increase the chances of a free Cascadia, but at what cost? The complete disintegration and factionalization of the worlds largest economical and military superpower? I'm a bit of an anarchist, but that would bring forth a bit too much chaos for my liking. Also the amount of people worldwide who will suffer because of this is unimaginable.

At this moment in time, only Germany seems to have its shit together. And the Scandies of course, but they're tiny in comparison.

In general? How to make the world a better place, it's senseless to assume that we can all go back to nature, as our societies and our species have become too dependent on technology for that, and besides that, no-one will accept the dramatic decrease in life expectancy and living standards which go along with that. But we certainly have to live and cooperate with nature. The technology to maintain a reasonable living standard while not poisoning our planet is already here, and if the current popular version of capitalism is unable to make this change soon, I believe we should change our economic system in that case. There is too much at stake for the younger generation to allow some folk to make hefty quarterly results while we get to clean their crap in 20 or 30 years when it's our turn to be in power.
On a typical Friday night I am
Usually down in the basement with a beer trying to get the boiler to work. Or if the weather is nice, somewhere in the garden with a beer.

Occasionally in the pub - but it's too much of a pain to get back as the buses stop running at 9, and I'm not really into drink driving.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm not very private. Ask me and I'll most likely tell you.
You should message me if
If you share interests and wish to talk about it, or if you can beat my arse with your geographical knowledge - I'm always up for that :-) Or if you just want to meet up and drink beer.
