My self-summary
Hi there! I studied film out in Seattle and worked in TV for a bit, mainly on cheesy A&E shows(Which was actually really fun) but now I'm in graduate school here in Campaign, Illinois to study something entirely different :D

I've got too many hobbies to keep up with! I like music production, I still study film for fun, and I'm writing a book. Basic fun stuff.

I lived overseas for 13 years and I love to travel! I spent a few months in China teaching English and a few months wandering around South America between getting my undergrad and entering graduate school because... you know, why not? :)
What I’m doing with my life
Graduate school, the final phase before being a big boy!... JK, I'll never be a big boy.
I’m really good at
Well that's just bragging isn't it? And nobody likes a bragger... But seriously, back when I was a barista I was known as the fastest one this side of the Mississippi.
The first things people usually notice about me
Well I'm not sure. You tell me and then I'll write it here.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'll watch just about any movie :) My favorites are usually very weird, very stupid, or very pretentious. Examples would be "Liquid Sky", "Hard Ticket to Hawaii", and "Solaris."

Music - Lots of stuff, Cat Stevens, Pink Floyd, MGMT, Enya, David Bowie, and lots of modern EDM. I've been on a Kygo kick :)

Food - Pizza... Why anything else? It's everything you could want on an edible plate.

Books - It's sad, but I'm a slow reader. So I only read things I'm pretty sure I'll like. The Rules of Attraction, American Psycho, Cat's Cradle, Dubliners, The Man Who Mistook his Wife for a Hat, anything that seems interesting.
The six things I could never do without
I'd go with pizza, movies, rain, the internet, music, and the ability to be surprised, because life would be pretty boring if you knew everything that was going to happen.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I'm scheming... Always scheming. One of my schemes will pay off. It's only a matter of time...
On a typical Friday night I am
I'll probably be out to dinner with friends, watching movies, or making music.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Sometimes, around Christmas time.. I'll make some hot chocolate and watch the movie "The Holiday," and I quite enjoy myself.
You should message me if
You like talking about things, things in the future, things in the past... just things in general. I'll talk about all sorts of things with you. :)
