My self-summary
Hmmm. A little bit of everything, a whole lot of nothing?
I believe in dust and finding what's over the next hill. In saddle bags and riding off into the sunset. In the tranquility of becoming part of the scenery and the world around me.
I'm looking for someone to join in on my adventures/dreams and willing to share theirs with me.
What I’m doing with my life
Mark Twain had some great advice on life.
A man cannot be comfortable without his own approval.
Humor is mankind’s greatest blessing.
Against the assault of laughter nothing can stand.
Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.
The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did so. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Basically live, laugh, love, explore, and being comfortable/proud of who I am and what I've done.
I’m really good at
finding an excuse to wear a kilt.
The first things people usually notice about me
last time I read somebody's mind...
Not a clue what the first thing they notice but I get enough comments to realize I surprise people after the initial impression.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: American Gods by Neil Gaimen; Good Omens; Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs, Ishmael, Chuck Pahlniuk
Movies: Snatch; The Expendables, pretty much anything by Kevin Smith; comic book movies
TV: I haven't had cable in years and don't miss it too much but I love the Simpsons; Big Bang Theory; Sons of Anarchy; and Dexter to name a few
Music: Music is the background of life and the songs that bring up memories of adventures or good moments put a smile on my face. Two specific songs would be Sweet Child of Mine by Guns and Roses and Cannon in D. I think the latter is the most calming song I've ever heard.
The six things I could never do without
family and friends
a sense of humor
code of honor
ummm food?

On a typical Friday night I am
As an NSA spy I run around a lot but in between missions they have me going through all those pesky cell call information looking for patterns. Yaaaa... I wonder how many government lists I made it on just by typing that sentence out. Not the first time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
My profile would be better written by my friends. I' sure those close to me would be able to point out both my highlights and weaknesses better than I can.
