My self-summary
Seeking unique perspectives, soft-spoken debates, laughter, cuddles and unusual places. This list is not exhaustive.
What I’m doing with my life
Weekdays tend to follow this pattern:
- Wake up at 5.45, go to climbing wall.
- Get into office around 8.15
- Catchup with friends through facebook, study
- Work at 9. Web data analysis.
- Leave office around 5.45
- Catch up with friends, find a meetup to go to, reading

Weekends are more climbing, seeing friends, and studying.

All the time: having epiphanies that I immediately forget, battling ennui (usually successfully), wondering about privilege and context, thinking about data analysis and climbing. Also, watching stupid youtube videos.
I’m really good at
Judging by how I last wrote my profile, writing pretentious crap.
The first things people usually notice about me
American accent and hair.

Apparently I consider what I say very carefully.... for the most part.

The six things I could never do without
My closest friends
Jokes from the whole spectrum of silly/stupid to masterfully witty
Time to myself
Number 6 TBC
I spend a lot of time thinking about

(That was worth it to mess with any Amelias visiting this profile).

I spend most of my time thinking about my friends and anything I'm researching at the moment.
On a typical Friday night I am
Quiet drink at bar/pub followed by reading at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Er... I've slept underneath the stars twice. The first time was with my sister on the roof of a houseboat, and we spent most of it talking about everything: philosophy, war, politics, parents, friends... The second time was with a few friends on a field, and drifting off to sleep I remembered that night on the houseboat. I don't think I've ever missed anyone more than I missed my sister in that moment.
