If you can argue with me that my most disliked films of all-time is one of YOUR favorite movies, then you've caught my attention! Honestly, I'm looking for someone who talks a lot and challenges me in what I believe in. =P
My perfect match would be someone who shares similar interests as me. I enjoy movies, sports, hiking, pets, traveling, writing, art, history, and sharing an interesting conversation with anybody.
Life is a never-ending ride; therefore, my goal in life is to continue learning new things by reading, writing, traveling and continuing to meet new people. You never know what important & interesting knowledge you'll learn from somebody or from their culture.
As for an initial meeting, a good and first time impression is very important, but being yourself is more crucial. It's a time to start a one-one conversation and within a couple of minutes, you'll know exactly if you're compatible or not. I would begin a 1st date by going somewhere where the two of us would enjoy going. Such as a favorite coffee shop, or a dog park, a museum, or a sporting event. These are places that we can enjoy our interests and start an intelligent conversation.
To sum everything up, I want to meet somebody that will give me the love and opportunity to say the exact same thing that Billy Crystal told Meg Ryan at the end of the 1989 film "When Harry met Sally". =)
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Gone with the Wind
The Shawshank Redemption
The Empire Strikes Back
The Sound of Music
The Wizard of Oz
The Silence of the Lambs
As for TV Shows, I don't watch much television; but I do occasionally watch Family Guy, Curb your Enthusiasm, MLB network, NFL, Sportscenter & Conan O'Brien. Although I'll make sure to watch every single new episodes of The Big Bang Theory & Modern Family!
As for websites..; CNN, Google, Wikipedia, Rottentomatoes, Yahoo, Boxofficemojo, ESPN, and temporarily on OkCupid.
- My Car (I tend to drive everywhere & everyday, but it's a fuel efficient vehicle)
- Family & Friends (generic answer..; just like food, air & H2O)
- Credit Cards (I carry very little cash, I prefer to charge my way through life)
- ATM (another reason not to carry cash. I have no ATM fees domestically & internationally)
- iPhone (I really don't need it, but having a phone has really made communication & traveling a lot easier & more fun)
I actually care about what a movie critic will write about, because I relate with them more than your average moviegoer.
