My self-summary
I'm from Toronto but have lived in Montreal for the past 13 years. Caught up in the two cities and feel like I have to like Drake.
I'm an active person... and i'm active in the community.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now I juggle two major parts of my work 1) managing my own non-profit and 2) working as a youth worker with a lot of other community stuff in the middle. (Like anti-poverty work, urban agriculture, education through the arts...) Its hard for me
to describe the work I do, but put it this way I like to create my
job rather than apply for one, and I am engaged if it is connected
to some social cause.

I'm getting my swim on. I swim for my sanity. I swim for all of you, and world peace. 100% of the time I feel better after a swim.
This means I've become an early bird. I swim in the morning.
I travel, bike, make to do lists, love music, water plants

do my best to Listen with attention (very hard if I'm sleep deprived) and Speak with intention (work really hard at this one)
