I'm not exactly looking for a romantic relationship, any relationships are of interest to me.
I don't like these.
Here let me try to give you a preview- I'm a human services major, I have very few relationships of value, I'm very private, I enjoy outdoorsy things and I'm on the process of dealing with some mental health issues. Thats probably an odd thing to include but it influences a lot of my life and it's important to me that people know. I am absolutely not complacent or resigned to my mental illness and am working constantly and tirelessly to become better and I expect no less from the people close to me, for better or for worse. I'm an INFP if thats of any interest to you. Though I know the MBTI is flawed its still fun to think about and I find I love other NF types for their intuition with people and I love thinking types for their calmness.
I enjoy hiking and camping and I take my kayak out sometimes. This summer I would like to try to get into LARPing as well (it looks so much fun!!)
I just read Room, and before that Welcome to Nightvale. I'm working through A Song of Ice and Fire right now and have been itching to reread Harry Potter lately.
I don't watch a lot of tv but right now my favorites are Orphan Black and Agents of Shield. Past favorites include Stargate (which will always have a special place in my heart and on my shelf), Doctor Who, X-files and other such nerd shows.
My music taste is quite eclectic and honestly I don't know most of what's on my ipod. I hear a random song I like and I download it.
Food is fucking delicious, though I can be a picky eater. I love trying new things but I more often than not don't like them.
Good conversation is painfully hard to come by for some types of minds and has led to, for me, an existential type of loneliness. Does this sound pretentious? I don't mean it to but I have to be upfront here so I can find more like-minded individuals.
