My self-summary
I work in fine dining and live in reality. Wine and food are my passion and job thankfully. I'm a real hands-on kind of person as well with a nack for building and fixing which comes in handy a lot.
What I’m doing with my life
I was working a whole lot over the last year, however now I seem to have more free time. Though I'd like to think I spend it studying my passion for wine, I seem to spend it more absorbed in netflix. When I do have time off, I like to spend it traveling or just finding an adventure around the northeast. There's never NOT a bottle of wine open in my house too.
I’m really good at
I'd like to think I am some sort of 'Encyclopedia Brown' though that might be a bit of an exaggeration.
The first things people usually notice about me
No Idea. Lets find out.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
The Wind up Bird Chronicles, Hard-boiled Wonderland and the End of the World, Kafka on the Shore, (pretty much any Haruki Murakami), The Art of Driving in the Rain, The Glass Castle, The Road, Metamorphosis, any David Sedaris, A Hero of Our Time, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (trilogy), Musashi, LotR, etc.

Inside Man, Hesher, Boondock Saints, Old Boy, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Wet Hot American Summer, Bronson, Airheads, SLC Punk, The Hunter, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, 28 Days Later, True Romance, The Fifth Element, City of God, Groundhog Day, etc.

Band of Brothers, Workaholics, The League, Firefly, The Wire, How I Met Your Mother, Scrubs, The Boondocks, Archer, Sons of Anarchy, The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, etc.

Too many to name and I would have no idea where to start.
Folk, rock, indie, blues, electric, pop, jazz, dub, (yes even dub sometimes) country (old), etc.

Pretty much everything, but I love Korean and Peruvian (mainly kimchi and ceviche).
The six things I could never do without
-good friends and family
-music
-wine
-matcha
-plenty of sleep
-books
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The stars and the universe and the enormity of it all. Theoretical physics rocks!
On a typical Friday night I am
Working harder than I have to because of those 'bridge and tunnel' people. Afterwards probably a good three fingers of whiskey.

Though these days I seem to be off on Fridays, so I'm still sorting this one out.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm somewhat addicted to reading the news.
You should message me if
you are intrigued by me, and you have a healthy appreciation for food, wine, and the arts.
