My self-summary
I'm extremely easygoing, I spend a lot of my time surfing the internet or playing games on my Xbox 360 or on myPC; recently built a proper gaming computer, and my PS2 finally gave up the ghost. I'm more a casual gamer then a hardcore one, though I know quite a bit about certain game series (I will talk your ear off about Legend of Dragoon, for instance). I spend a lot of time watching anime and more recently have gotten into Kamen Rider as well; I'm not hard to keep entertained. As far as goals go, I'm not quite sure yet what it is that I want to do- I'll figure it out eventually- but until then, I just want to get things in order. You'll have to understand that I'm 100% deaf in both ears, but I do wear a cochlear implant- I will explain fully and in detail just what that means and what it pertains to, and it does allow me to hear you to some extent; It's a slight bit complicated, and I don't mind explaining.
What I’m doing with my life
Trying not to be single? Already accomplished my primary goal of becoming employed, never really thought about what to do after that...
I’m really good at
Most things computer or game related, especially RPG's or FPS's, and I'm also a very good listener; Ironically, despite being deaf in both ears, I'm much better at listening then every person I know who can still naturally hear. I also play a LOT of Warframe.
The first things people usually notice about me
My size...and that I'm a very quiet person. Despite my being deaf I"m a very good listener- As long as you don't mind occasionally having to repeat yourself if we're somewhere that's a bit noisy, and as long as you can put up with my being a sarcastic ass. I am not a jerk, I just can't help being sarcastic sometimes- It's like a form of tourettes, I have George Carlin and the 'bots from Mystery Science Theater 3000 all living in my head. Just smile and nod, and we'll move on.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Seventh Tower, Anything by Terry Pratchett, the collection Last Defender of Camelot by Roger Zelazny, a lot of other things that I can't remember right now.

Music: I'll listen to anything but rap and christian music.

Movies: Anime in general, Dark Knight, Avatar, watchmen... A lot of movies. I'm a big fan of James Bond, specifically Sean Connery, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig. I could watch Skyfall a hundred times, I never get tired of it.

Food: Anything that will hold still long enough for me to stick a fork in it, I'll try. Not a big fan of excess tomato sauce, though; if given the choice, I prefer stuff done with alfredo sauce.
The six things I could never do without
1) My cochlear implant. Can't hear without the damn thing, after all.
2) My pets. Had animals since I was very young, can't imagine living without 'em.
3) My friends. I don't make friends very easily, and I hate losing the ones I have.
4) My family. We have our ups and downs, but I wouldn't trade a single second with them for the world.
5) My cellphone. My only connection to some of my more distant friends!
6) uhm... Oxygen? Can't think of a sixth thing. Probably my sense of humor... I couldn't stand myself if I didn't have my sense of humor.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
A large number of things. I've got a lot of things that I regret having done, usually childish stuff that I didn't know better at the time, but that I still feel guilty about. Silly things like that.
On a typical Friday night I am
Working at the Fed-Ex yard. Usually I'm doing the graveyard shifts no one else wants.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
That I once had two girls fighting over me. For all you guys who think that such a situation is awesome: No. No, it really isn't. It just leads to broken hearts and broken friendships.
You should message me if
You're curious, I guess? I'll be re-writing this profile at some point, probably, now that I've gotten a better handle on what it is I want. Call me old fashioned, but I'd like to give things a try- dinner, a movie, see if things work out.

Or you're bored and just want somebody to chatter with. Whatever floats your boat.
