My self-summary
I've recently re-located to the centre of Bristol and I'm looking to make the most of that by getting to more gigs and comedy nights.

I love reading, cycling and cooking (cakes!), and I enjoy reading about science and history.
What I’m doing with my life
I work for quite a funky renewable energy company. It's all very informal and laid back, which leaves me free to concentrate on doing the actual work, which I love.
I’m really good at
I'm full of fascinating facts, some of which are quite useful. I'm unbeaten in pub quizzes - entered 2, won 2! I'm also good at map reading and I'm told I'm a good cook.

Some people like my photos too. I really should take more, and update my blog.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I like anything written by Charlie Brooker, Dara Ó Briain, Zombie films, The Strokes, documentaries and anything a bit quirky.

I love cooking and have recently started making cakes!
Six things I could never do without
Olives, frosty mornings, BBC4, 6Music, Lava Lamps, stripey socks.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
When I'm going to update my photo blog, and if I'll ever find a way to open up the comments, without them filling with spam.

Planning my next ski trip.

Whether I'll ever reach my target for 5K.
UPDATE: Reached my initial target, now looking to get below 25 minutes by the summer!
On a typical Friday night I am
down the pub with a few friends for a few drinks and a chat. I'm probably recording the Friday music documentary on BBC4
You should message me if
You're intelligent, funny and perhaps a little quirky. Geek girls welcome!

Also, if you like cakes. Did I mention I make cakes? Chocolatey ones.
