My self-summary
Grew up in both Israel and Portugal and moved to New York shortly after serving in the IDF. Columbia grad, lover of coffee, comedy, hiking, dusty books and intellectual conversations. Trilingual.
What I’m doing with my life
I spent three years serving as a paratrooper in the Israeli Defense Forces and have been traveling the world quite a bit since. Some of the highlights include Northern Italy, Peru, Brazil, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Honduras.

After a few years in a well known firm I left to do strategy for a tech startup based in the city. Love it!

Generally I have a constant urge for knowledge and I enjoy reading non-fiction books especially in psychology, history and philosophy.
I’m really good at
*Improvising songs on guitar
*Playing tennis
*Reading people
*Coming up with creative analogies when describing things
*Observing the unwritten laws of human behavior
The first things people usually notice about me
Sometimes I'll have a slight Israeli accent...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Music: Mainly Blues and Jazz, classic rock, singer-songwriter. I can start naming artists but it'll be a very very long paragraph filled with commas.

TV: I like documentaries. And anything that involves Larry David.

Books: Predictably Irrational, The Plague, The Brothers Karamazov, Catcher in the Rye, The Alchemist, 1984, Anything by Christopher Hitchens and Sam Harris.
Six things I could never do without
1. Mitch Hedberg's one liners
2. Christopher Hitchens debates
3. Louis CK's philosophy
4. Winston Churchill's quotes
5. A good Cortado
6. Pizza (I made a spreadsheet with the best places in NYC)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How mayonnaise is an unnecessary invention.

If the Pizza place only has one set of Oregano and Chili Flakes, why do people take it to their own table? What is this? Your own kitchen?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I buy books at the Strand Bookstore and then read them in the bakery across the street. I also lived in Portugal for 3 years and speak Portuguese fluently.
You should message me if
You're an outgoing girl with a great sense of humor!
