My self-summary
London newbie, south of the river (this seems to matter!)

Usually found swing dancing, running, eating my way around London or looking for stuff i've left behind somewhere.

Life is good, looking to meet people who can make it great!
What I’m doing with my life
I work in the food industry which means i basically get paid to be a foodie-not a bad gig at all!

Aside from work I spend a fair bit of time swing dancing which is a recent hobby of mine that I absolutely love, it's impossible not to smile when you are doing it and i'd recommend it to anyone, even those with two left feet!

When i'm not dancing i'm either out for drinks with work colleagues, off for a run or cooking up something tasty at home (I make a pretty good goats cheese and caramelised onion pizza!)
I’m really good at
Optimism in the face of adversity

Trying (and failing) to do the crow yoga pose once i've had a bit to drink

Drinking more tea than the body can handle (Yorkshire tea, of course).
The first things people usually notice about me
That i'm usually laughing or searching for something i've lost!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'm not a book or music snob (sorry); i just like what i like!

At the moment i'm listening to a fair bit of old big band and jazz but I also love me some 90's hip hop, Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin, Alabama Shakes and you 't go wrong with the occasional power ballad.

Film-wise, it would have to go some to be cooler than Pulp Fiction.
The six things I could never do without
Tea
My phone
Spotify
My heated underblanket (a game-changer in draughty rental houses!)
Weird in-jokes with friends
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Some really inane things (like could you legally keep a herd of pygmy hippos if you had the money and space?) Or "where are my keys?"
On a typical Friday night I am
Either crashing at home after a busy week or at a dance
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm very afraid of balloons
You should message me if
...you like what you read?!
