My self-summary
Hey! I'm an upbeat guy who loves to laugh. I just moved to Montreal, and am looking to meet new people to explore the city. I'm definitely long-term minded, but open to make friends as well.

I love to stay active and love the outdoors (with the exception of the bugs, where I wouldn't be averse to taking a FLAME-THROWER to all of them), but also enjoy nights in with Netflix and take out.

I tend to get along best with people who wear their emotions on their sleeve and aren't afraid to go against the grain every once in a while. I'm looking for a guy that's intelligent and likes to stay active. No one-night hookups for me.

I'm honest and laid back, but driven to succeed. I can be sarcastic at times, but I have a good heart. I'm definitely looking for somebody like-minded who has the ability to express themselves while keeping a good sense of humour about things.

My interests include sports (cycling, tennis, snowboarding, Raptors, Blue Jays), film, TV, technology, current events, politics, and urban planning.
What I’m doing with my life
I graduated with a master's degree in engineering a couple of years ago and now have a career in transportation and urban planning. I love to talk about urban issues, current events, and politics and have a habit of engaging people in conversations that have a different viewpoint on these issues than my own. There's nothing sexier than a guy who can change my mind (although abs work too... haha).
I’m really good at
BOWLING!! Yes, seriously... I know... I'm a total nerd. But of course, I have other hobbies as well, including snowboarding, tennis, and biking. Oh... and I have a Nintendo Wii, which is always a good time.
The first things people usually notice about me
A lot of people have told me I have a "voice for radio". I assume they're leaving out the part about me also having a "face for radio". ;-)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
A) B-O-O-K-S? I'm sorry, I'm completely illiterate and have no idea what you're talking about. Actually, I'm definately not much of a novel reader, but I read a lot of magazines and newspapers.

B) American Beauty, Kill Bill, Being John Malkovitch.

C) The Simpsons, Seinfeld, Game of Thrones, Shameless, SNL

D) Nine Inch Nails, Mars Volta, Coldplay, Pink Floyd, Tool, Death Cab for Cutie

E) Pizza, steak, and anything else with ten pounds of salt in it.

I'm also a Blue Jays and Raptors fan. Yay for sports! Score the points, win the game!
Six things I could never do without
Honestly, I'm not really that attached to anything specifically. If there ever were a zombie apocalypse, I'd probably still find plenty to do and wouldn't miss a beat. I do have a nerdy obsession with gadgets, but at the same time, am often really annoyed at pretty much anybody who uses their cell phone in public ("Oh, your wife is calling to tell you she's going into labour? We're having DINNER here, jerk... put the cell phone away!")

Oh... I suppose I wouldn't survive the zombie apocalypse if my contacts were to accidentally fall out, so I guess that's the one thing I'd need. :-)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
EVERYTHING. There's always something or other on my mind... but it's usually something positive.
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out with friends, going to a pub, or watching a movie. My idea of a good time pretty much involves any combination of good beer or good weed, usually coupled with a hilarious board game and good company. Every once in a while, I get dragged to the club scene, but this is never by choice.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a two and a half foot penis.
You should message me if
You don't think a two and a half foot penis is anything to gloat about. :-D
