My self-summary
I'm a low maintenance easy going guy. I grew up in Etobicoke and moved downtown about 7 years ago and I love it!

I am very much into arts and culture and would love to meet someone like-minded who would enjoy going to the AGO on a Saturday afternoon or the TSO on a Wednesday night. I like to explorer the the city and I love walking around downtown and stopping in random trinket shops or art displays along the way.

As I am a foodie, I love all things food and wine, and would love to share that passion with someone.

My philosophy on finding the love of your life is to find someone you could be friends with; best friends even. Because the lust we have for each other fades a bit and if you put to much weight in lust, the relationship will fade with it.
What I’m doing with my life
I work in IT doing computer tech support and I actually really enjoy it. I work at a hospital and basically run around all day fixing computer that people break. While I do like my job of course I would much rather not have to work. I am not one of the lucky few who get to live to work I am among the majority of people who work to live. However, that being said, I do try to stop and smell the roses; I try to enjoy the small gifts of each day that make everything worthwhile and my work day ends at 4pm so I get a lot of time to do that :)

I've recently decided to pursue formal wine training with the end goal of becoming a sommelier and it's been lots of fun so far
I’m really good at
I'm really good at being a foodie!!

I'm a great cook, I love to make elaborate meals almost everyday and I enjoy even more when I can share it with someone. I like the artistic part of creating something and I think that's why I enjoy making the food just as much as I do eating it. I take lots of pictures and I have posted some on OKC if you are curious.

Drinking wine, I think, goes hand in hand with being a foodie and I have self educated myself on French and Italian wines over the last few years. I've become very good at picking delicious wines and finding grossly under-priced amazing bottles. I'm not a wine snob, I will drink wine from anywhere in the world I just tend to lean towards French and Italian. And I don't really care if some critic says it is good or bad its kind of just a guideline because the thing is that the best wine is the wine you like.

I've been playing guitar for about 15 years and I'm pretty good at it, I also try to sing but I'm much better at the guitar. Unfortunately I've kinda lost interest in my guitar and while I do still play that passion for it I had when I was younger is fading and I'm desperately trying to rekindle the flame I once had because it brought me such great pleasure. Maybe I need a muse :)
The first things people usually notice about me
My curly hair, followed by the yellow sunburst ring I have around my pupil and then after 6 months the scar I have on my arm from when I broke my arm at 9 years old. I guess that would be the last thing people notice.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My favorite book is Catch-22. I love how relevant it is in almost all aspect of life. We are surrounded by absurd bureaucracy to the point that all you can do is laugh.

I also really loved;
For Whom The Bell Tolls
The Corrections
The God Delusion
The Selfish Gene
All Dan Brown Books (Guilty Pleasure, lol)
One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest
Slaughterhouse Five

My favorite movies Gladiator, As good as it gets, Pulp Fiction, Inception, Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump.

My favorite Shows are Dexter, Breaking bad, A Game Of Thrones, any cooking show, not so much the reality stuff.

I tend to like older music like Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Neil Young. I like some modern Folk Rock as well.

As far as food I like all cuisines and all types of food as long as its made well. If there is a food I haven't tried I will try it and as long as its made well I tend to like it.
Six things I could never do without
My Guitar

I spend a lot of time thinking about
What meal I'm going to make next and what bottle of wine I will have with it......oh and my existential crisis.....lol

Is there an alternative yoga position to downward dog?
