What I’m doing with my life
Working as a mechanical engineer in the oil and gas industry, killing baby seals and all that junk (in all seriousness, I think the oil industry gets such a bad rep when the average person is just that - an average person).
I’m really good at
1) not being very successful with this site!
2) being slightly tardy to most events (trying to get better at being timely...)
3) eating
The first things people usually notice about me
You tell me....I don't usually strike a conversation with someone asking them to tell me what they noticed about me
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Food - Everything! I love trying all sorts of new foods.
Shows - Shark Tank, Bob's Burgers, King of the Hill, Seinfeld, Everybody Loves Raymond
Books - Flatland, The Value of Nothing, Nomad, True Grit
I spend a lot of time thinking about
everything. It's kind of a problem - I go all over the place thinking about my goals in life, my family, friends, things I can improve on personally, etc.
On a typical Friday night I am
Either hanging out with friends trying new places to eat, hooping at the gym, watching a movie, or just bumming out at home
You should message me if
you want to chat! I'm a pretty easy-going guy, so I'll definitely respond.

EDIT: Here's a little rant / epiphany from using this website. Not too exciting or earth shattering, but...

When a girl says they want you to say something more than "hey" or "what's up" to get a reply back, I think they are really saying, "you must try harder if you do not look like Brad Pitt. If you do look like Brad Pitt, then less work is required to get my attention."

EDIT 2: Is not having a facebook some kind of a dealbreaker? I deleted mine a while back because I didn't really feel like I needed to know what everyone was up to....
