My self-summary
Now that it is 2016 I have to say that I am 100% looking to settle down. I'm. Nice, funny, hard working, family oriented dude that likes to have fun and go out and see the sights around town or even just a movie. I'm ready to settle down and if that isn't what you are looking for then that's ok.
What I’m doing with my life
I am building a future for myself and my future family. That could be you, who knows. I work very hard towards achieving that goal and will continue to do so.
I’m really good at
I am a pretty good cook, or so they say. My memory is top notch, rarely do I forget anything, and my movie knowledge is interesting. Years of working at Blockbuster attributed to that.
The first things people usually notice about me
How genuinely nice I am.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I am a movie buff, which could lead to a long list of just movies, let alone all the other things in this category. So, I will give you the things I enjoyed the most in 2015, now that the year is at its end.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens was good, as was Jurassic World, but my favorite movie of the year was by far Straight Outta Compton.

TV shows, I didn't get to watch a lot of new shows this year but one I did watch and loved was Jessica Jones.

My music tastes were all over the place in 2015. On any given day you could find me listening to Rock, Rap, Country, even Christian music, but when I look back the album that will always take me back to 2015 will most likely be Blurryface by Twenty One Pilots. Honorable mention for Chris Stappletons Traveller, as that album was fantastic!

I read a few books in 15, my favorite being Ready Player One by Ernest Cline. It was like Harry Potter meets Charlie and the Chocolate factory, and it was a total page turner.

Food... I got into stuff I never liked before this year. Avocados, grapefruit, spinach. I can see myself going towards a more healthy lifestyle as my taste buds seem to be craving the healthier foods now. Only time will tell.
The six things I could never do without
1. God. God should always be number one, even if it is a struggle to make him be.
2. Friends. My friends are my family.
3. Family. Family will always be there.
4. The Internet. We live in a world now where living without the internet would feel like being completely cut off from the world.
5. My phone. Smartphones are essential in this century. It's not just a fun device to play games and talk on, it is a tool, a Swiss Army knife for the 21st century if you will.
6. My health. I am working on being healthier.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Everyone has regrets, everyone has those "what if" thoughts, and I am no different. I think I really think the most about how I can better myself, or better my current situation at the time. I believe that saying, "I might not be where I planned on being, but I am right where I am supposed to be right now", and I live by that.
On a typical Friday night I am
If I work that night I am going right home and going to sleep, but if I had the day off I may head out to St. Louis and check out whats going on out there. My partying days are behind me but I still like to go out and be social.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
The most private thing is also the most obvious thing if you actually knew me in person, my weight. I have always struggled with my weight, and it will always be a struggle. It doesn't mean I am lazy, as I obviously am not, it just means that in the past I did not choose the best nutritious choices. The bottom line is that my weight has hindered my life, had hindered my life. I am working on it now. It's nothing to be ashamed of, it is a process that will make me a stronger and better person having had to go through it. If you're not into big men then just click on, but let me tell you this; I am a great guy. You could potentially pass up a great guy who is working on bettering himself, and regret it in the future, or you could help me through it and become my gym partner and celebrate the steps along the way with me. I'm doing it with or without you, but I would like a partner to travel the journey with.

June 2016 edit: I signed up for my first 5k. It's in August.
