My self-summary

I gave up. Mostly people come here to read profiles and look at pictures. However interesting my life, I'm not able to describe it all in a few paragraphs. There's no love at first sight (it's sight, people), so one must be prepared for a long courting period and get to know the other person. Here's a quick list of things I like in case it sounds interesting.

Aikido, Computer games, roleplaying, science fiction, Star Wars/Trek, Artificial Intelligence, and edumacation.

Horrible Lies:

Cognitive Psychology/Science, Philosophy of the Mind, the culinary arts, Iaido, programming for fun and profit, astronomy and related phenomena, writing fiction, and physical therapy.

12 years of dance, 11 years in America, 8 years of computer game development (mostly design and writing), 6 years of AI work/research, and 2 years of Aikido.

I am contemplative, cognizant, and ablative
What I’m doing with my life
I'm currently engaged in a tournament of wills between a sadistic ex-Marine, a genetically engineered silicone life form from the future, and a serial killer with access to cloning technology.

Also, work.
I’m really good at

Looking up and/or quoting d20 rules when they're actually needed.

Finding new ways to skin cats.

Field stripping an AN-94 assault rifle in under 45 seconds.

The first things people usually notice about me
I'm nice and soft-spoken and friendly. Then, they get to know me and run away screaming. I never dig the pit quite deep enough.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

(a)Crime and Punshiment

(b)Se7en, Kill Bill, Silence of the Lambs, Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

(c)An obscure band called "The Gravediggers"

(d)Liver and Onions

Six things I could never do without
Bail money, machete, backup weapon, heavy body armor, proof of insurance, and a generous supply of black Hefty bags.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How many people have crossed me in my life and didn't live long enough to regret their mistake. Also, pudding.
On a typical Friday night I am
Out on bail.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
A thin layer of latex sprayed in your bathtub significantly decreases clean-up time after you drain the acid.
You should message me if
I would love to hear from you, regardless of who you are. If I actually get pestered by someone long enough, I'll put updated pictures up. I shave sometimes, you know.
