My self-summary
* edit:
I've decided that text is an unreliable indicator of personality. I think it'd be great if OKC added optional video uploading. For example you can meet someone for real and they seem to immediately take to you or not. You can easily tell if their sense of humour is compatible, whether you get each others interests and also looks don't seem as important. But in static text you're easily misunderstood. Even in text conversations you can talk for flipping ages and people still have trouble trusting anyone. Fair enough I think as it's too easy to make yourself seem like something different than you are, which everyone knows. Plus it's also easy for your imagination to overlay a false personality to fill in the gaps.
Yes I know the irony of writing that in text ;)

* resume normal broadcast:
I'm a caring, bubbly person who loves to have fun!... God that made me feel ill. No I'm not going to write a proper profile. Anyway.. for fear of my personallity caving in on itself in a Schrodinger's cat self assessment type of way, I have to say it depends on who you are. By myself I like to make stupid noises including, but not exclusively funky beats, 303's, cat sounds. Which leads nicely onto my interest in making music (involving all of the above), which leads not so nicely onto my interest in making games and basically anything where you actually MAKE something and not just keep something someone else made going.

*I* find myself hilarious, which as you know immediately makes you not funny by saying that you are (see I told you about that guys cat). I consider myself smart but I prefer to think about things for myself as opposed to reading a book and absorbing that into my 'I'm super interesting, honest!' cache.

I'm irritatingly honest which usually means people think I'm being mean. Basically I can't be bothered beating about the bush so if you ask me a question you'll get an answer, which bizarrely most people don't expect.

I'm also friendly, easy going and tolerant, which is remarkable when you consider how much I despise stupid people*

ps I'm lazy answering messages, but I'll answer them eventually**

* Ok, perhaps just willingly stupid people.
** may be a lie.

I am tall, pointy, and pliable
What I’m doing with my life
A project I am working on is a driver training simulator. ie a real one, not a game. The idea being to actually train people how to handle a car and get out of the dangerous situations no one gets to practice in real life (unless you've been in a crash!). YouTube an onboard video of a rally driver and then tell me you are a good driver... YOU'RE NOT! :D

I'm also currently a part-time teacher, teaching "how to make computer games, no not MMORPG's", which I find really amusing except I worry about their assignments more than they do..

I also write and perform music tidbits, of the moviesk, atmosy, tuney, electronicy, no vocally type.

The other 'job' that I do is writing a commercial game with a small team of other people desperate not to get a real job. This is our own company with the long-term goal of making enough money to bathe in.
I’m really good at
Disliking Rugby.
The first things people usually notice about me
My height. I'm tall and it's semi annoying.. except in crowds. Everything is made by midgets, they're everywhere.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Movies and TV: Spaced, SpaceCamp, Better off dead, Amazon women on the moon, Round the twist, Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind of course, Donnie Darko of course x2, Amelie of course x100, Harvey Birdman, Drawn Together, Scrubs, the ORIGINAL Ren and Stimpy, The Goodies, Back to the future 1 & 2, A bit of Fry and Laurie, HHGTTG, Ace Ventura (first one only)

Music: Boards of Canada, Ulrich Schnauss, Bjork, Autechre, Aphex Twin, Jean Michelle Jarre, Kraftwerk, Orbital and if I HAD to mention 'real' music then maybe The Smiths, The Cure, ColdPlay, The Killers and I really like Aqua's Barbie Girl... no seriously.

Books: Well it's at this point that most intelligent people think I'm a moron because I don't really read books, or ever have. I read stacks of non-fiction, science articles and tech manuals, but I guess that doesn't count. Now this comes down to simply doing other stuff.. perhaps if I read more books that would have been more descriptive.

Food: Curry.. THAT'S ALL
Six things I could never do without
People who aren't stupid. So I can whinge about stupid people to them.
Stupid people. They give me something to whinge about to people who aren't stupid
A face
I spend a lot of time thinking about
thinking.. Just the fact that we're thinking at all is worth thinking about. So I'm into AI and the brain etc.

I like thinking about religion and how utterly bizzare it is. I also like thinking about cats and how super purry they are.
On a typical Friday night I am
On a typical friday night I am listening to some really shit 80's music (I love 80's music usually) from the crap club next door. Then I watch the friday night fight at about 3am.. as in when the people from said club exit. Usually turns out to be 2 guys going
Bogun 1 - 'farkn carnt'
Bogun 2 - 'yeah, fukn wanna go?'
Bogun 1 - 'yeah ya farkn carnt'
Some random bitch - 'fuckn leave him alone ya fuckn dickhead, I looove him'
Me - *laughing*
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm reasonably bad at spelling and had to constantly google this profile. God, I really am tragically innocent aren't I... wait! I stole a KLF 'Last train to trancentral' cassingle from Kmart when I was 16, I was shitting myself, fuck'n well 'ard.
You should message me if
you realise I'm not the total arsewipe this profile makes me sound like and/or you're blind.
