First and foremost, on August 21, 2015 my whole world was turned upside down by my little love; my daughter Doris May :). So, if we're going to kick it you need to know that she comes before ANYONE. K? Cool :)
i really don't know what to say about myself. honestly i'm just a normal guy who's just looking for someone to spend time with. nothing really serious at the moment, but if it feels right then why the hell not?
i'm an open book, but i usually won't message first. i'm pretty bad at carrying on conversations via text. i'd much rather have a face-to-face conversation. other than that i really don't know what else to add...
-randomly quoting movies and old Simpsons episdoes, "Roll him up in a carpet and throw him off a bridge! hehehehe" (if you know what episode that is i'll marry you)
-drinking diet dr. pepper
-figuring out how things work. i was able to get my van running without a repair manual. yay for me.
-The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins
(probably the single most influential book on my outlook on life)
-Elmer Gantry by Sinclair Lewis
(gotta love the classics)
-Watchmen by Sir Alan Moore
(if yer gonna' read one comic book in life I'd recommend starting here)
Movies: I'm a huge movie buff. I enjoy dramas and documentaries, but there are times when I just love to watch stuff blow up. My top three are...
-A Streetcar Named Desire
-Back to the Future II
(one of the few movies that can still make me laugh)
Shows: mmmm I hate to sound pompous, but I feel like most television is a waste of good electricity and time. BUT I have been turned onto several entertaining shows that I usually watch on my iPod.
-Sons of Anarchy
Music: this one is definitely going to be hard...you see, I love all genres of music. I do mean all. Too many people say that, then add on 'except country and rap' which would negate their claim, but I digress...I will always have a strong affinity for punk rock, but if I had to name my top five favorite artists they would be...
Food: Well, I love Mexican food. Also I have tried a few Italian dishes and would like to try more. I'm always looking to expand my palate.
- my truck?
I really don't know...never been that much of a materialist. The things I listed are definitely great for entertainment, but not essential to my life.
-Hypothetical fights between comic book characters.
-Do you think that there's someone with the last name Pepper who regrets getting that PhD?
-Also, a good sense of humor never hurts. Nothing is more of a turn-off as when someone is so up their own ass that they can't take a joke.
