My self-summary
Outgoing transman with no expectations.
What I’m doing with my life
Trying to further my career, stability, and self worth while maintaining an appropriate amount of gratitude.

I have a fantasy of living somewhere in which if it's hot during the day, it cools down at night. It's the little things.

I'm in something of a quiet period.
I’m really good at
Keeping everyone's secrets
Making people laugh
Telling stories
Planning trips to Fire Island

To Fire Island
The first things people usually notice about me
Exquisite side-part. Round belly. Full of stories and questions.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I once only read Fitzgerald for an entire year over and over. I did that also with Cormac McCarthy. The last great books I read were Brothers, The Botany of Desire and Lit.

I generally dislike graphic novels but Funhome was excellent.
I generally dislike fantasy movies but LOTR is a top 5 movie. I don't know what to tell you.

And: Inglorious Basterds, Death Proof, When Harry Met Sally, The Sopranos, West Wing, Sports Documentaries. And so on.
Also: The Boss, Patti Smith, Shakey Graves, Nicki Minaj, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Musicals, Robyn
But most importantly, I'd give up a lot for room on a kickin' dance floor once a while.

I used to be a professional cook. Now I'm an unbearable snob.
Some of my favorites:
rock shrimp
Minneola oranges
tempeh reubens
The illustrious hamburger (a recipe for which I once won an award, voila)
Boiled lobster with butter and lemon, my first favorite meal.
The six things I could never do without
my brother, friends, humor, dancing, swimming and water, art, Fall, books, theater, vanilla, my (chef) knife, travel. I guess that's like 30 things but whatever. You're not the Thing Police.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I'm something of a nervous guy, let's just leave it at that for now.
On a typical Friday night I am
Traipsing around Prospect Park with my dog in the twilight.
