My self-summary
I'll catch someone's eye on the tube and grin at them. I'll linger to say thank you, loiter to pay a compliment and hang around for an extra long hug, better now than never.

I get to play on space hoppers by day as a children's occupational therapist and co-founded a social enterprise which aims to improve children's nutritional intelligence. Believe me, they're hungry for it.

I once took a burlesque class whilst living in an Indian ashram but haven't found the right person to practise on yet. Roses appear in my cheeks when my man asks me to wear a dress.

My body loves Bikram yoga, sandy Devonian beaches, the Lake District, Hampstead Heath, intimacy and dancing. I can't imagine ever being too old to dance. Or be intimate. I have a dream of returning to Patagonia and the Himalayas. I leave the country earth on my muddy boots when I return to the city because I can't bear to wash it off.

Home is a log fire with friends and family, a healthy but lush spread, warm conversations, giggle-inducing games and a bathtub big enough for two.
What I’m doing with my life
Helping children see that they can move past their current difficulties, training to be a practitioner nutritional healing, studying for an MSc in Sensory Integration (more stuff for helping kids get on), visiting my lovely parents, seeking fresh air and resetting my barometer to 'getting steamy with my future hubby'.
I’m really good at
Finding out what's getting in the way of any of us living a great life and doing something about it, being part of a team that makes inspiring things happen, hugging and kissing, straight talking, being there for others, smoothies, being objective, enjoying a long hike and appreciating a damn fine man.
The first things people usually notice about me
That I smile with my eyes. My smile. My petiteness. My directness.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Currently reading copious neuroscience and nutrition stuff...I'll never think or eat again!

Just seen the magnificent Jonathan Pryce in Lear from a front row seat and was transported and dazed for days, my hero (Pryce, not Lear).

Films that have touched me are Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Into The Wild, Shawshank Redemption, The Hours, Dr. Zchivago, Brazil, Moulin Rouge, Terry Gilliam, Coen Brothers and Peter Greenaway amongst others.

I love music that makes me dance like funky dance tracks and carnival tunes or happy house. But to listen to, I like Ella, Norah Jones, Imogen Heap, Goldfrapp, Gipsy Kings, Deva Premal, Bill Withers, Alexi Murdoch, Elbow, Vampire Weekend, Aretha Franklin, Mali music, Coldplay, some classical.

You could catch me dancing to uplifting tunes just because I need to dance to great tunes for a wee moment but I've also had love affairs with Lou Reed, Pink Floyd, Frank Zappa and Bob Marley. I also used to take myself off to drum n bass nights. There's something about drums. And bass.

I've started juicing and making berry and green smoothies again, which I adore! Spicy Greek food with leeks and chickpeas and yoghurt and couscous, salmon and spinach, thai green curry, berry smoothies and delicious hot bread with olive oil, not an exclusive list just favourites.
The six things I could never do without
Intimacy on all levels. Hiking in beautiful places. Connection and laughter with family and friends. Freedom to create. A moment to myself to hit refresh. Something that makes me sweat once a day.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The life I am creating around me.
Meeting the right man.
My family's well-being.
On a typical Friday night I am
If in London you'd find me strolling along the south bank enjoying the view, swimming in Hampsted Heath ladies pond, meeting good friends for great chats in gorgeous spots, squeezing into the pit at The Globe, lining up for Promming, dancing '5 rhythms', jive or tango or just dancing because I can't not dance, watching a quirky or romantic film or delving into my projects.

Out of town I'd be hiking up hilltops for sunsets and sinking into country pub armchairs or strolling along shorelines.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I often imagine my special man walks up behind me, wraps his arms around me, kisses my cheek and we ravage and nourish each others bodies, mind and soul, making each other feel very sexy, very safe, and very loved.
You should message me if
You've got a sparkle in your eyes that comes from doing what you love. You always look people in the eyes when you speak. Making a stand for yourself and those you love is important to you.

There's nothing quite like the air in your lungs as you climb a hill or the wind against your cheeks, great music, mastering things, creating your own idea of community life and building up a cracking fire. If you don't dance already, you'll consider coming to a dance event with me. You'll appreciate my love of personal growth opportunities because you also believe that we achieve whatever we set our minds to.

Your profile photo shows your magnificent smile and you like me enough to write to me instead of just winking.

You delight in the physical and emotional aspects of a relationship and knowing that I'll do whatever I can to help you fulfil your dreams.
