In non-fiction, I'm a bit all over the place, but I do like European History, and anything that makes me consider new ideas or philosophy. Camus' "The Myth of Sisyphus" comes to mind.
I don't watch alot of Movies, not because I don't like them, just because it's like a whole vast world that I have yet to explore. I really can watch almost anything and find something to like though, horror, romance, Sci-Fi.. I'm a big fan of Tarentino's movies as well.
I tend to end up watching TV series on netflix 3 years after it becomes popular..but, as far as series, my all-time favorite show was "Scrubs," I also liked "Arrested Development", "How I met your Mother", "Game of Thrones"(of course), "The Walking Dead", and really almost anything HBO has put out.
I have a pretty eclectic taste in Music, I will listen to literally anything except like hardcore rap. On a regular basis I most listen to rock, metal, prog/operatic rock, and 90's/early 2000's ska(yeah, I know, lol). My favorite bands are Muse, Pink Floyd, Nightwish, Tool and Reel Big Fish.
Food, once again, I'll eat almost anything, my favorite is East Asian food though.. not only Sushi or Dim Sum, but a good Vietnamese Pho or Thai Curry or Korean BBQ..yummm. I'm pretty open to try anything really.
1. My Kindle (lurrveees it)
2. The internet, of course
3. Cooking (seriously, you don't realize how awesome it is to be able to make your own foods till you try it.)
4. Good blended-malt Scotch :D
5. My Car...can't do anything in this state without one
6. Writing (I think it literally keeps me sane, getting my thoughts on paper)
You know, thinking about this list...it's actually amazing how many superfluous and wasteful things we fill our lives with. It was hard to come up with six "necessities."
