How about you?
What I’m doing with my life
Right now im making music, building instruments and loving every second of it!
moving onward and upward!
I’m really good at
making things, composing things, skating things, knitting things and recently been good at quitting things
The first things people usually notice about me
Simultaneously my hair, heart shaped glasses, tails, skateboard, smile, and outlook
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
books: I'm currently reading Infinite Jest but old favorites are as follows. Harold and the Purple Crayon, a Confederacy of Dunces, Einsteins Dreams, Perks of being a wallflower, Gut Flora, Ready Player One (my guilty pleasure), the narrows, and anything Chuck Klausterman/Palahniuk

Movies: The House, Role Models, The Room, Inception, Breakfast at Tifanny's, Howl's Moving Castle, Phantom of the Paradise, High Fidelity, Empire Records, Foundation Thats Life, Capita Defenders of awesome

Shows: Daria, The office, The New Girl, Neon Genesis, Non Stop, Club Dorothe...

Music: this could take a while... its easier explained over tea, but lets just say that when I go to live shows or skate to blow off steam its loud aggressive music (like Glassjaw, The Chariot, Octaves, Melt Banana, Boris, Sunn O)))) Or I go out and dance at shows (like LCD Soundsystem, Javeline, Bear Hands) On the subway or other slower less involved forms of commute I listen to Hip Hop worth paying attention to (Aesop Rock, Rat King, Mos Def, A Tribe Called Quest, Run The Jewels) then I go home and listen to something introspective (like Radiohead, Spoon, Rosenkopf, Blind Willie McTell, Bo Ningen) or enjoy life with likes of (Subrosa, Thin Lizzie, Rush, or anything polyvinyl records) rainy days are good for (Ella Fitz, Sarah Vaughn, Deep Purple, The National) On the reg I usually listening to my friends bands. As for me, I write genre ambiguous songs with layers of melodies and harmonies for my solo project or write mean melodic bass lines you can dance to for my other bands

Food: everything but most forms of liver (I've tried it a million times a million ways, I can only stomach it when it is hot and wrapped in raviolis, and I can finish a serving of that no problem)
The six things I could never do without
something to make music with
something to record it with
something to document the process with
and a good friend to share it with
plus 2 other things
skateboard being one of them...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
influences and what influenced them
On a typical Friday night I am
Breathing, Building, Skating, Practicing, Dancing, Whatevering
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
You should message me if
I've messaged you

or you're interested

Live a little!
