My self-summary
I like to think I'm a happy and (hopefully) intelligent person - I also like to think of myself as very fun, loving, mischievous, curious, passionate, and a little emotional. My passions.... I love to run, I love my job, I love my kids. I love experiencing new and interesting food and drink, I love reading, and I love to be with interesting people and discussing interesting and provocative ideas. Trying new things and discovering new adventures is very important to me. I want to take on every challenge, adventure, and situation like I am making up for lost time.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm focused on being a great dad and a good person. I ran my first half marathon and ultimately want to run a marathon. I am rebuilding my life to be what I want it to be. I'm looking for new, interesting and fun adventures constantly
I’m really good at
I'm a listener. I'm an adventurer. I like to try new and fun things no matter how crazy, offbeat or stupid. I like to think I am a decent cook and a better than average judge of good beer and wine. I also like to think I have a dazzling sense of self deprecating humor and am a brilliant conversationalist. Or not.

I also make world class chocolate chip cookies. World. Class.
The first things people usually notice about me
I suspect most people notice my rapier wit and stunning intellect...

They may also notice my sense of sarcasm.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Where it's all going
On a typical Friday night I am
If I am spending it with my boys, we are watching a movie, teaching them how to build a fire, cook, or fix something, or building a fort. If it is an off weekend, well, I might still be building a fort, but it would be way different.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Oh no you don't
