My self-summary
You know how I like it: fun, open, honest, no drama.

I'm a glass-half-full kinda guy. Artsy/Intellectual type. I like theatre, music, nights out, reading, long conversations, warm silences, drinking dark rum with lemonade, and the other good things in life like sun dried tomatoes, olives and humous. I play instruments and write plays. Enjoy a good sense of humour. Like to have fun. You?

Open to harmless fun, only interested in fulfilling relationships. To me that means good communication, lots of laughing, honesty, mutual respect, no meaningless arguments, no name calling, raising criticisms sensitively, supporting each others projects, listening well, doing the things that both enjoy, doing things that each enjoy, some time apart to make the heart grow fonder. What does a it mean to you?

I love animals and am a vegetarian for five years or so. I fed squirrels in the park sunflower seeds and one stood on my shoe. A stranger is just a friend you haven't met yet.
What I’m doing with my life
Just moved to Edinburgh. I graduated from Music with Philosophy at Glasgow. I teach piano, write as a theatre critic for The Skinny, and am in the self-help field, but that's complicated - talk about it in person :)

I'm also writing an awesome Comedy Sci-fi Rock Operaaaaaahhhhh with my friend George! It's gonna be amazing if we ever get it done, it's like a cross between Red Dwarf, Rent and a Meatloaf album.

The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, His Dark Materials Trilogy by Philip Pullman, How To Be Good by Nick Hornby and Hothouse by Brian W. Aldiss, The Stars My Destination by Alfred Bester.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
What makes people act the way they do.
On a typical Friday night I am
I think I prefer house parties to clubbing although they each have their charm.
