My self-summary
Fun loving nerdy guy here in Philly looking to meet new people.

Since many guys describe themselves as being nerdy, I feel the need to clarify. My nerdy subtype is that force equals mass times acceleration rather than a 'may the force be with you' nerd. I like math (I'm a high school math teacher), science and their museums, NPR, non-fiction books, and fun facts. It's not all intellectual pursuits - I like cooking & baking, game night with friends, and riding my bike. Most of my closest friends I've met through playing in the gay softball league here in Philly. It's something I look forward to doing every spring.

Looking for someone to share a walk with on a nice night to get some pie or soft serve. Hopefully for the next 40 years or so.
What I’m doing with my life
Mostly respiration and metabolizing food. Just trying to survive.

Like I said above, I'm a high school math teacher here in Philadelphia. Despite the craziness with the school district, I do love my job. I teach at a magnet school here in the city, so I things aren't as crazy there as other places, but the funding shortfall still hurts.

When I'm not working I like to cook & bake and I'm humble brag by saying I've been told I'm very good at it.

I also worry I watch too much Netflix.
I’m really good at
I can fold a fitted sheet.

Fighting crime.

The first things people usually notice about me
I have a nice smile and am a very warm person. My roommate also tells me I have a nice butt (don't worry - she's straight).
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favorite book: Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Me Talk Pretty One Day.
Movies: superhero movies are always fun, When Harry Met Sally is my favorite Romantic Comedy.

Music: Adele, florence and the machine, pop music, show tunes and american standards.
Food: anything good.
Six things I could never do without

2) Friends
3) Good Food
4) Good Cocktails
5) Gadgets
6) TV
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to procrastinate on doing what I need to do.
On a typical Friday night I am
Meeting up with friends, getting dinner. Pretty typical I'm sure.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I cannot drink a cold drink out of a cup meant for a hot drink or vice versa.
You should message me if
You're pretty sure Adnan didn't do it, but then not sure how Jay knew where the car was.
