My self-summary

Also, just because everyone and their mother seems to put this on their profile, I'm an ENTJ.

Hey, My name is Chris!
I'm pretty bad at these, so bear with me haha. I'm a pretty laid back guy and super friendly. Unfortunately I'm also hopelessly forgetful. Other than that I'm pretty laid back and super friendly!

I currently attend Santa Monica College and am planning on transferring to either UCLA, UCSB or UCD in the next year and a half. I'm majoring in Computer Science and Engineering with hopes of becoming a successful software engineer.

Oh yea, I also play League of Legends. If you do too, instant turn on. Add me: Platatine

I like loads of things, in particular crocheting. I will just spend weeks and weeks on end crocheting, so if you crochet too, we will be the best of friends.

Oh, forgot to mention I flip balisongs too. Yes, I'm just that badass.

I really dislike people who seem to have to put other people down to make a joke or feel good about themselves. Other than that, that's about it.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm attending school as a full time student, planning on transferring and learning how to program useful applications/games. I'm trying to eventually work my way into becoming a software engineer. That would be my dream job :)
I’m really good at
Haha I'm not good at too many things, but the few thing's I'm good at, I'm great at.

I love to crochet, in fact, I finished my latest blanket not too long ago. I also love to longboard, surf, and program. Those are all the talents I can think of off the top of my head. I'll come back and fill out some more once they come to me. :p
The first things people usually notice about me
The first thing I usually get when I meet new people is that I'm "really tall", and to be honest, this cracks me up. I'm really not that tall at all, 6'00" is about average, but hey, if people think it's tall, I'll take it. I usually also hear that I have beautiful eyes. Go on, take a look, I don't mind. ;)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I don't read very often, but a few books that I have read I've loved. I fell in love with East of Eden (or really any of John Steinbeck's books), 1984, A Brave New World, and lastly A Separate Peace.

My favorite movie of all time is Toy Story. Don't care what anyone has to say, the original was a work of art and a classic. There are a lot of other movies I like, but the list is too long. As a general rule, I'd say that my favorite movie genre is horror. I like everything else, but there's just something special about being frightened. It's a great feeling.

As for shows, I like a lot of laid back comedic shows. I love Psych, Monk, How I Met Your Mother, and South Park. Dramas are good as well, but only in small doses.

Music, I like just about everything. I'm currently exiting my ska/jazz phase and heading into my indie(?) phase. I don't really know what else to classify it. But some of the artists I'm listening to at the moment are Nujabes, DJ Okawari,Shin Ski, Fat John etc. It's just super easy listening. :)

Here's a sample:

And with food, you can feed me just about anything. I don't really have any special preference. I love all food and enjoy trying new ones.
The six things I could never do without
That's about it, everything else is unnecessary.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I really don't think about too much. It just seems to worry me. I tend to just go with the flow. But from time to time I do think about college life and how I'm going to transfer. That's probably my main priority right now.
On a typical Friday night I am
On a typical Friday night, you could probably find me with my friends up at UCLA. That's my home away from home haha. We like to just kick it and have fun.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm actually a very honest guy. So I'm willing to admit just about everything. I've actually been practicing something called radical honesty for a while now. And the way it works is, you're supposed to never lie and only tell the truth. It doesn't mean you have to say everything, but what you do say better be the truth. And supposedly, this is intended to help you live a happier life. I think it seems to be working. No stupid little lies to keep track of. Anyway, back on topic, I'm just about willing to admit anything. I'm not a secretive person in the least bit.
You should message me if
You actually read all of this and it didn't scare you off. :)
