I'm a huge hockey fan. I have been for my entire life. When I was little my brothers and I used to play street hockey on a daily basis. We had those little mini plastic hockey sticks and would play mini-stick hockey in our basement. I also grew up watching the Red Wings and love going to the games as often as I can.
I also enjoy staying active. I like to run races and do events like the Warrior Dash and the Fight for Air Climb. I first did the Warrior Dash with my brothers 2 years ago and absolutely loved it. The obstacles, atmosphere, mud and the beer made it a very memorable experience.
Over the last couple of years I have really made it a goal to improve myself.
One of the biggest ways I have done this is by losing about 85 pounds over the last two years. I gained a passion for being healthy and love being active. I exercise about five days a week and as much as I may grumble about it sometimes, I ultimately enjoy it.
Movies: Shaun of the Dead, Book of Eli, District 9, and Inception.
Shows: Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, and Dexter.
Music: I'm open to almost anything. My phone is a smorgasbord of music. One of my favorite ways to pass the time is finding new music using Spotify.
My top five artists/composers would include Sonic Syndicate, Blue Stahli, Tim McGraw, Nico Stai, and Clint Mansell.
Food: Anything but seafood. Seafood is my sworn enemy.
