My self-summary
Hi, I'm Phil.

I'm a very loyal and dependable person, and any time or any way I can help you, I will. I'm a good listener and will give you the best advice that I can. I will be honest with you, and I care about those that are important to me. I love golfing, playing basketball, cycling, hiking (trailing), and just hanging out with my friends. Though a bit scatterbrained at times, I'm a good guy with a good heart, looking for the right person.
What I’m doing with my life
Studying for the BAR exam
I’m really good at
Golf, socializing, quoting movies and TV shows, school (generally), dressing with style, making people laugh, teaching people new things, having healthy debates, researching newfound hobbies and interests, and knowing random facts and stats such as basketball stats.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm very put together and well-dressed.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'm not a huge novel reader, I generally just read stuff for school. However, I did just finish "Man's Search for Meaning" and I thought it was really deep. I also like "A Tale of Two Cities," but I mostly read sports articles, car magazines, and golf magazines.

My favorite movies are "Thank You for Smoking," "The Shawshank Redemption," the Christopher Nolan "Dark Knight" Batman trilogy, "The Hunt for Red October," "To Catch a Thief," "Air Force One," and any James Bond film (my favorite 007 is probably Roger Moore).

My favorite shows are "Leverage," "Chuck," "The Mentalist," "Person of Interest," "Gossip Girl" (my admittedly guilty pleasure), "Castle," "The Big C," "Entourage," "Top Gear," "Californication" (my other guilty pleasure), "Suits," "Covert Affairs," "New Girl," "Homeland," and "The Big Bang Theory."

As far as music goes, I listen to pretty much everything.

For food, while I eat a bit of everything, I really like steak and ribs.
Six things I could never do without
Family, friends, smartphone, something to think about, a purpose, and faith in people.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My future, love, random things such as the origins of certain words and phrases, my purpose in life, sports, and interesting hypothetical situations.
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out with friends and having a good time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I really want a standard poodle.
You should message me if
If you like long walks on the beach...

But seriously, just message me if you think we would get along and/or would be a good match! :)
