And now let's Q&A a bit:
Q: So, you come from Spain, what are you doing in Sweden exactly?
Games. Or, better phrased, tools and software to create games! I work for a big company that produces big fat awesome AAA video games. They offered me this position one year ago and here I am, learning funny things about Swedish rental market, studying Swedish, practicing Lindy Hop and Jazz dance, working out, ...
Q: What's the first thing you said after your arrival to Sweden?
That one is embarrasing, something in the line of: Why is everybody so frikking tall?
1. Public life, wonderful pink colored world, let's enjoy the party, and have mindless fun:
Learning period! Attending dancing lessons in Lindy Hop and swing, some starting course in Swedish and a bit of contact with the Stockholm's rental market. In summary funny and busy times. I'm discovering this Scandinavian society as fast as my mind can absorb it and everything is valid to explore: meetups, afterwork beers, local sports: curling, boules, Dark Souls 2, you name it, and I'm in.
And, let me add that lately I've been hitting the gym quite a lot. I want to absorb the local fitness and gym culture, I love it.
... and let's follow with something, deeper ...
2. No, like, really, what are you doing with your life?
Now that you ask about it, at a personal level, slowing down a lot. I'm downsizing my life in many aspects: throwing away a lot of useless junk, moving to a new place, and adjusting my work - life balance (towards the latter) I want a simpler more meaningful life, and I want to share it with someone, and ... oh jeez, maybe form a family. So, to some extent, I'm looking for "the one" and at the same time I don't want to force anything (what a paradox, right?)
In summary, many days I'm open and receptive to everyone and everything but, some evenings, maybe a lost Sunday afternoon here and there, there may be some moodiness at the horizon, nothing too serious.
But, what about you? What are you doing with your life?
My voice tone ... don't know why but seems that some people found it funny! Maybe, I should start a career as stand up comedian? Dunno
Kaiser Chiefs, Fight Club, Kasabian, Errors, animation films, ghibli movies, Naoki Urasawa, Trentemøller,
So hard to pick just a few.
Lately Neill Blomkamp, Nolan and J.J. Abrams are specially gifted!
A new dish, the next line in the restaurant menu, something spicy, because, why bother getting up tomorrow if you are not going to try some new flavour. My last discovery: Ethiopian foods, something I personally recommend if you are not afraid of eating with your hands.
My glasses, they're part of me, I love them! On top of it I find women with glasses extremely sexy, so If you're a cheerful and lovely short sighted gal don't hesitate, send me a message.
I never took the Facebook train, but I've fallen in love with Reddit. If TIL, AMA, and TL;DR are part of your day to day routine we'll never run out of good conversation. And through this I discovered a lot of good and new stuff, what a kettlebell is, barefoot running, some good games, news, and an endless flow of cute cats.
Lately I'm not reading that much, probably I'm too busy with the real life (tm) but I'm very fond of my Kindle DX, I bought it long ago, and it's my fetish hardware.
If that morning was leg and cardio day then something like: "Oh dear, that hurts! Let's hit the couch eat some salad and watch some idiotic TV program ... and friday its over!
... or ...
Great weight lifting and Swedish lesson was awesome, I'm kicking ass and feel like million bucks, let's celebrate at home dinning some salad and watching some silly TV, and friday its gone.
Or perhaps you're curious about something you read in the profile and want more details: ask me.
Or if you want to send a message but don't know about what, tell me about the last movie you seen.
