My self-summary
Even though I moved to Canada 12 years ago I still have a little British in me, and I love drinking tea and have a (somewhat bizarre) Canadian-British accent.
What I’m doing with my life
Working on a Master's at Western and enjoying London.
I’m really good at
Drinking tea and baking sticky buns. I spend a lot of time watching Gordon Ramsay and pretending to cook like him. Also pretty good at procrastinating by watching Netflix and adorable cat videos on YouTube.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have a British accent and say things funny.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Book: Wind in the Willows, The City and the Pillar, Pride and Prejudice and A Passage to India.
Movies: Sleepless in Seattle, The Devil Wears Prada, Silence of the Lambs and Love Actually.
Music: Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Dido, Joni Mitchell, One Direction,
Lady Gaga, Madonna and Coldplay. (Everything but heavy metal).
Food: Anything yummy!
Six things I could never do without
My family.
My friends.
My bed.
My kitchen.
My laptop.
My bow ties.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I spend most of my time thinking about what I want to do later that day/night. I find it's best not to think about the future too much; otherwise, you'll miss the present.
On a typical Friday night I am
With my friends eating at some restaurant or just hanging out and drinking a few beers.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
The colour of my underwear....I have every colour of the rainbow.
