My self-summary
Thanks for stopping by. I am here because I love talking to people. If I message you, odds are I find you interesting and think you'd be cool to talk with. If you message me, hopefully it's the same.

I'm an aspiring one-hit-wonder. Please look at my youtube page if you get the chance and listen to one of my songs :)

I'm a little eccentric - I unicycle, write music, love going for long runs while belting out whatever I'm listening to, I teach fitness classes (high intensity interval training and power yoga, mostly).

I'm an RA in the residence halls. I feel overwhelmed in a group of people unless I'm "leading" them, and being an RA lets me do that. I love helping people - I've had people come to me with anything from thinking a friend is suicidal to relationship problems to just wanting to talk about anything and everything. It's a hard job but it's been more rewarding than I could ever describe.

I probably exercise an excessive amount. Seriously. I teach 4 fitness classes a week, try to run about 10-15 miles a week, lift 3-6 times a week and swim about an hour and a half a week. And I usually spend about 2 hours a week on an elliptical studying - yea, that's how I study, on an elliptical.

I think that exercise is something everyone should do - you owe it to your body. I think it would be a terrible fate to have a mind that fully functions and a body that doesn't, because of your choices.

I don't take myself very seriously, unless I need to. I laugh at myself more than I criticize myself.

I truly believe in the power of positive thought. I used to be a very negative person and in a very negative point in my life - it was a very special friend of mine who mentioned it to me, and I made the change to be positive. You are in control of your happiness, don't hold yourself back.
What I’m doing with my life
College. yea.
I'm majoring in exercise science with an emphasis in physiology and a minor in psychology. Through my major I learn how the body works, and with my minor I learn how the mind works. I think they go together well.

I LOVE physiology and get more excited about it than I should... So my next plan is a Master's in Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology.

right now i'm just doing what i want to. I'm exercising a lot, kickboxing, hip-hop dance, weight lifting. I'm in college and I love it.

I'm a certified group fitness instructor and I teach fitness classes at my REC Center at school and at a small gym. I teach interval, yoga, kickboxing - anything they need me to. I love it!

I write music. I think I'm actually a decent lyricist and would love to get my music out there and write songs for people. I think it'd be a cool way to stay behind the scenes while still doing some cool stuff with your words.
I’m really good at
making any situation awkward no matter how hard I try not to.
making any situation awkward, even when I try to.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm a little crazy, loud and awkward.

I'm very much myself.

I smile. A lot.

People tell me I carry around an aura of positivity, and I'd like to think that I do.

Apparently my hair is really nice, and I have light brown eyes.
And a lot of people expect me to be taller when they meet me... I'm not that tall, but I'm not that short either.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Favorite movies: whatever I feel like... but i will watch all horror movies. sometimes they are good, sometimes they end up comedies. either way i'm happy!

Food: I'm a picky eater... but Chinese, American and Italian is generally good
Six things I could never do without
Hugs: because if no one hugged, we would have to think of some other random way to touch people we kind of know. Or want to know. Or don't know.

Water: Because I had to pick something normal. And it's delicious. And free. And it's free. Yea, guys, it's free.

Protein shakes: because I like the taste. It's like keebler elves blended with the blood of unicorns.

Music: because how else would I get people to stare at me while I'm driving? I'm usually belting out Kelly Clarkson.

Pillow Pets: because I'm not allowed to have pets in the dorms, a pillow pet is a close second. And, it can be a pillow when I need it. Or a friend to talk to. Sometimes they talk back to me. I think that's supposed to happen...

Exercise: because it keeps me sane. I think.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Why people put "hottie" or "sexyguy" or whatever in their profile's name.
It's usually either a lie or they are conceited. And I find it hilarious.

I think about lyrics to songs I hear, or things I could write.
Or what TV show I could watch.
Or what pillow pet I could buy.
On a typical Friday night I am
Playing super smash bros/mario kart with some friends... seeing a movie with friends... out running around town with friends... hanging out at home, watching TV, working out, writing.
maybe something spontaneous.
I don't drink much.. my parties consist of cakes and movies, with some awkward story telling in between.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've never eaten a hamburger. Or a taco. Or a meat sandwich.

I'm pretty blunt when I need to be, but never without reason. I believe in honesty, and if you want honesty I can give it to you.
You should message me if
You can say something worthwhile. I've given you enough that you can say more than "what's up?" or something of the sort.
If you ever need help or someone to talk to, I'm here. I'm spontaneously busy and sometimes I forget to respond, but I care - A lot.
I tend to talk a lot (if that isn't obvious..) and i can usually end up finding something to talk about with anyone.
go ahead.

Try not to be annoying and say something meaningful, and I'll almost always respond.

I don't have the "perfect" guy in mind because, to me, the "perfect" guy doesn't exist. Everyone is different, everyone is flawed, and everyone has potential. To me, it's a lot about how they live their lives. So there are a few things that I look for in particular - no smoking or drugs, no heavy drinking (social drinking is fine, but getting trashed every weekend gets old fast), at least moderately taking care of themselves health wise... I'm not too picky on the "perfect" body either. I dated a guy with the 'perfect' body but he didn't workout or eat healthy or do anything to maintain it, it was just natural and that wasn't attractive to me. What's more attractive is when a guy takes care of themselves.
