My self-summary
I actually a romantic ol' fool hoping I might again find someone makes me feel the way this guy does about his Sig Oth. :

Short of that, it'd be nice to find someone to go to the movies, or dinner, or hiking with, some shared activity. It's a drag going to the ball by yourself.

I suffer the relational curse of being an actual decent chap. I tend to resist being pushed, but can be schmoozed with ease.

I'm retired and free to budget my own time now and work around another's schedule if necessary.
What I’m doing with my life
Still trying to find my way in retirement. I spend alot of my time learning guitar and languages, preparing to travel more. It'd be nice to have someone to go with.
I’m really good at
Hmm, not too sure. Used to be good at my job. Now, ?
I'm pretty good at back and foot massage, coaxing a smile, speaking a word of encouragement, should that interest you. Also, I've recently noticed an odd ability to recognize bit actors as they appear in newer roles. Talk about useless skills, geez.
The first things people usually notice about me
The parrot on my shoulder.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favorite old movies: Cool Hand Luke, Life of Brian (anything Monty Python really), The Odd Couple; new movies: well, let's go see one.
Books: Dreamy Programming Algorithms, the King James Guide to Databases. Just kidding. I can't read.
Music: Yes.
Food: I like Mexican the best. All else is also good.
Six things I could never do without
The numbers 1 through 6
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The answer to the previous question.
On a typical Friday night I am
At home or maybe out somewhere.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm admittin' to nuthin' . I didn't do it, I swear ! Those pictures are a creation of Photoshop !
You should message me if
you own a 57 T-Bird. I'll pay for the gas.
