My self-summary
Released: 1988 - Rating: PG - 1h 45m - Comedy / Fantasy

Rachmanujan is the story of a young 20-something struggling with the usual vagaries of urban life in Neo Chicago III. One day, our hero finds a mysterious old map under a train seat on the CTA. From then on, he embarks on an epic quest crawling through the caverns under the Sears Tower, headbutting demons and psychic assassins, and ultimately challenging a cabal of super-intelligent frog warlocks to a high-stakes game of solar tic-tac-toe.

In the end, he realizes that the path to victory is to stop linking to TV Tropes. And so he learns the true meaning of Christmas.
What I’m doing with my life
By day, I work as a mild-mannered software tester in the heart of the Loop who likes drinking tea, playing games with friends, and browsing the internet for cool desktop wallpapers.

By night, I... do all of the same things, except I'm at home and wearing a blanket.
I’m really good at
I make music sometimes. I'm also pretty decent at public speaking, losing pairs of gloves, and getting lost despite owning a GPS.
The first things people usually notice about me
When I'm happy or excited, I burst into humming or fake-singing. My grand ambition is to learn how to beat-box competently. I also have a naturally strong, projecting voice. These traits make me a good orator and musician, but insufferable during long car rides.

The six things I could never do without
1. Smooth McGroove's YouTube Channel: this guy is a wizard.
2. An instance of SCP-871: the tastiest apocalypse.
3. A notebook & a pen: scribbling is my anti-drug.
4. A d20: for when I need that critical success.
5. Perspective: because the world is bigger than me.
6. Gratitude: and it's a wonderful place to be.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Artificial intelligence.
The moral obligations an individual has to the rest of society.

What I would do if I had superpowers - ranging from low-level abilities like "I can jump over cacti, but only while blindfolded" to high-level abilities like "I can travel through time at will and convert weapons into puppies and vice versa".
On a typical Friday night I am
Hosting a board game or movie night. Trying out a new restaurant. Getting my friends together and watching the weirdest, lowest-quality videos on YouTube until 1 in the morning.

My ideal Friday night is "all of the above".
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I pretend to be a hot chocolate snob, but I drink Swiss Miss just like all the other peasants.
You should message me if
You want to exchange 3DS Miis, browse the manga section of a Barnes & Noble, or need a dwarven barbarian to help your elven rogue sneak attack.

You'd like to grab bubble tea in Chinatown, and then watch the fireworks at Navy Pier or catch a concert at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. You'd like to take a class together or go to a museum or a library.

Your idea of a five-star dinner date is pizza at Gino's East or Pequod's.
