I love music, singing, dancing, acting, and am looking to expand my world with interesting, fun, and new experiences and people.
This means learning and growing and screwing things up, and yet still staying in the "good struggle."
I was doing LOTS of various Improv related things from taking classes/workshops, to TA-ing and/or teaching them, to performing about once or twice a week on average. And I miss it.
Again, I also LOVE LOVE LOVE dancing, and especially African Dancing!
Also, I got custody of my teenaged nephew a bit ago, so being a "mom-tie" to a "nephew-son" was a real eye opener, and makes for funny stories... NOW that I am not pulling mine or his hair out! :) No, really, it's been one of the things that I've felt very challenged, expert, novice, and proud of all at the same time!
Being a Jack/Jane of all trades, and a Master of none.
Taking risks and trying out new things.
Making people feel important and special (b/c they are).
Seeing the good in certain types of people-especialy those who don't/won't/can't see it for themselves, and loving them very fully and deeply.
My hair or head when it is bald
I have and love books A LOT! This is true even though I don't feel as read as those I'm drawn to.
I love to go to the movies, and especially love that sickening and probably cancer causing movie theater popcorn. I've been told that I am more like a dude when it comes to movies, as I must confess--though I watch and can enjoy "feel good" and "chic flicks"-- I do like action, sci fi, blow 'em up, fighting, fast moving movies most.
Ice (the good kind)
*And probably would make a case for bringing along books related to the last three as being one in the same :).
