My self-summary
Dear new friend,

I'm not (yet) an author and you're not here to read a book, so let's cut to the core:

Intrepid individualist
Radical for reason
Realistically yet resolutely romantic
Sensibly self-interested

I'm also friendly, eager to meet new people and make new friends, creative, compassionate, like to debate, love life, and an Objectivist.

I regard every individual as and end in themselves and treat people based on their individual character (their values and actions), rather than race, gender, age, etc. This goes for common courtesy and everything beyond.

The end.

All the best,

I am Rational, Passionate, and Creative
What I’m doing with my life
Working at the Ayn Rand Institute
The first things people usually notice about me
Physically: it would be that I look young for my age.

Specific feature: maybe my eyes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
MOVIES: Here's my current top ten favorite:

(not in any order)

Shawshank Redemption
The New World
The Thin Red Line
Shindler's List
Mystic River
Miller's Crossing

The West Wing
Arrested Development
The Office

Movie themes or classical would probably be my favorite genre. But I like all genres of music. I'm not big on metal or gangster rap but I'll give them a shot.

Atlas Shrugged,
The Fountainhead,
The Crucible,
Rich Dad Poor Dad,
Harry Potter.

FOOD: I love food. Cooking it myself and trying others'. There arent many things I wouldn't try.
Six things I could never do without
Carbon, Hydrogen, Helium, Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Phosphorus.

My life.

A philosophy. Objectivism is filling that role.

Creating. Especially acting. But other arts and sciences too.

A Love. Or the hope of it.

Friends (and family).

Testosterone patches. (to remedy looking young :)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Philosophy, politics, design of some sort, story ideas, my life, dreams, aspirations, goals, plans and actions to attain them . . .

. . . and that I should spend more time acting (on stage and in life).

It took me a long time to realize that plans amount to nothing without action. So I have forced myself to become a more active and adventurous (without the connotation of rash) person. It wasn't overnight, and it's an ongoing process, but I am enjoying just about every minute of it.
On a typical Friday night I am
Taking you out.
