My self-summary
Ended up going to culinary school out of high school, mainly because I didn't really know what I wanted to do. Owning a restaurant always felt like a pipe dream growing up. And now I'm working on making that a reality. Although a part of me will probably always wonder what would've happened if I would've followed plan B. Plan B would've been going into aerospace engineering. I love all things science, especially astronomy and physics; so building rocket ships (RIP Space Shuttles) would've been amazing.
What I’m doing with my life

Over the course of my time on this site, I had written lists in this section. Although it feels weird doing that. That being said, I'm really good at cooking. And probably never losing my cool, I'm always pretty constant and calm.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
There is an audition tape for Top Chef that a friend and I made. We had had a couple and my cooking was not up to par. I don't aspire to be a television chef. And luckily I never received a call back.
