My self-summary
I enjoy exploring stones left unturned. I tend to be the type of person who spends most of his time in rational thought to a fault, but I do have sensitive emotions and I'm working on being more aware of them in the moment. I'm a people person, and face to face, I'll come out of my shell, make you laugh, listen to what you have to say about life and have thoughtful insights to offer back. Texting and messaging, or even just writing this profile doesn't do me justice, so I'm going to try and make this simple and you can ask me anything more you wanna know.

I'm looking for someone to enjoy life with. I'm not looking for "just sex." I'm a romantic at heart. I will do anything for love. I want to do whatever it takes to let someone know that I'm listening and that I care about them and to simply be appreciated for that. I mean someone who genuinely appreciates who I am.

I like to cuddle. I like to go out and be sociable. I like to adventure into any part of the world with someone who will share her thoughts with me.
What I’m doing with my life
I am an instructor in the ancient arts of Algegami, Geo-Jeet-Tsumetry, and proper use of The Kalqueleos, a most deadly hand held weapon. Well, that's how I frame the math skills that I teach at a charter school for at-risk teens. I never thought I would love working with teens until I actually worked at a high school. Their eyes light up when I tell them that math is a martial art. The best part is helping them to feel better about themselves by showing them that they are a lot better with math than they thought. I have a knack for teaching and I absolutely love doing it.

For now I'm a tutor, about to find a second job to increase my stability, and I'm working to increase any valuable skill I could make a lucky killing on, like acting, writing, app-writing, singing and doing stand-up at open mics.
I’m really good at
Insightful analysis. Critical thinking in general, or at least, I'm good at recognizing and appreciating a good argument when I hear it.

I've also got a great creative side. I'm a major perfectionist when I write, so it takes a lot out of me to finish a work, but whether it's jokes, stories, poems, or song lyrics, I can really grab a bibliophile's attention. Oh yeah, I know what you want. You naughty reader you.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes. I'm a happy people person. I can easily inspire people to go out and do fun things as a group even when I'm not the most popular.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Music: I mostly enjoy hard rock, but I'll enjoy any genre of music if done right. Endearing, meaningful, and original. I sing Hard Rock, classic rock, folk, R&B, jazz and blues. Examples: Seether, Iron Maidens, The Tiny, Do As Infinity, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Led Zeppelin, Megadeth, Daft Punk, Nirvana.

TV: I love funny and quirky nerd shows the most. Give me loads of references mixed with well timed humor mixed with a fantasy or sci-fi premise that lends itself to answering a deeply philosophical and personal question anyday. I also like long sentences and monologues. Examples: Community, Will and Grace, Black Mirror, Lost Girl, Almost Human, Orphan Black, Misfits, Doll House, (anything Joss Whedon), Daily Show, Big Bang Theory, White Collar, Falling Skies, Skins UK, Suits, Dexter, How I Met Your Mother.

Movies: I love deeply thought out classics of all sorts. Sci-fi, romantic comedy, or dramedy take the cake. examples: Moon, Gattaca, Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Scott Pilgrim vs The World, Blazing Saddles, Samurai X, High Fidelity, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, Cat On A Hot Tin Roof, Les Miserables, Pretty In Pink, etc. I also like just plain goofy comedies as well.

Books: Similar to my love of film and tv. I especially love classic sci-fi and some fantasy. Examples: Neuromancer, The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Silmarilion, Frankenstein, and anything written by Isaac Asimov. Nonfiction interests are mostly in art, science, or philosophy.
Six things I could never do without
1) Family or friends who feel like family.
2) Holding someone close
3) Pets.
4) Shows (live performance, movies, tv, podcasts, radio, etc.).
5) Academics.
6) Hobbies.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Philosophy, love, money, futurist theory, nerdgasms, science, life, and humor.
On a typical Friday night I am
Nerding out with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I don't like unnecessary social norms, but I'll conform to them for the sake of making people I care about comfortable, and I genuinely care about just about everyone.
You should message me if
