I am Easy Going, Sarcastic, and Friendly
I've really been getting into working out and exercising the past year or so. I worked out pretty regularly in college but I've become pretty dedicated lately. Mostly lifting weights but I am going to start rock climbing at an indoor gym this summer - something that I've been wanting to do for a while but I'm finally going to make happen!
I have always liked programming and get to do some of that for work so I am always further my knowledge and skill in that area.
I really like craft beers and local microbrews, favorite beer at the moment is probably Moon Man from New Glarus. I keep going back and forth whether I want to start brewing my own beer. I go through periods where I want to start brewing beer all the time but then I usually get tired of the idea right around bottling time. Maybe I should just stick to drinking good beers??
Edit: I tried solving one the other day and I forgot how to do the last part. My nerdiness has been lost, noooooo.
Edit: apparently I also look like Freddie Price Jr...if only it were the 90s yet :P
Movies on the otherhand, I love and try to watch as many as I can. I like the big blockbuster ones just like everyone else but I also like a lot of the lesser known films that for some reason didn't get much publicity like Primer, the Unknown, Education of Charlie Banks, Brick, etc. My Top five movies are Tombstone, Almost Famous, American Beauty, V for Vendetta, and Memento. I can't believe Life Aquatic didn't make my list, I love that movie too!
I'm not too picky about music, I'll listen to about anything except Country, I can't stand Country. Sorry.
I'm a Vegetarian but I don't make a big deal about it, I only know about 3 others. I've never dated anyone who was also a vegetarian...it's never been an issue. Other than the whole 'not eating meat' thing I'm pretty open to any kind of food although once I find something I like at a restaurant I usually don't change what I get there...I'm weird like that.
A good movie.
Air conditioning while sitting in front of a big window on a sunny day.
Something exciting to do on the weekends.
Fall is my new favorite season (might just be because this last fall was so nice?)
I don't really follow sports...at all. I like playing different sports (can't say I'm really good at any :P) but I never really understood why people would want to watch someone play a game rather than just play it themselves. Anyone agree with that?
