My self-summary
Hi, I'm Ryan. Just got back from a year long deployment in Afghanistan. I work fulltime for the department of defense as a medical officer. I'm also a personal trainer, and Crossfit coach. Trying to work my way towards a masters in Kinesiology, although it's likely I will never leave the career I'm in now. It's more than rewarding in so many ways, and I simply love what I do. I work hard, and typically only tend to focus on the things that matter in life. I'll go to the ends of the earth for my girl, but plz no games ladies. I'm Pretty much an old fashioned country type of guy so of course I love to love the outdoors, sports, exercises, etc. I'm really looking for something serious, so no booty calls plz.

Not much of a book guy unless it's anatomy or physiology based. I spend a lot of time trying to further my knowledge in my passion, which is strength and conditioning. I can get into military and sports biographies. I usually eat extremely healthy but I can usually cut loose when it comes to Cajun food. I will listen to anything that sounds good, but if I were forced to choose it would have to be country.
