My self-summary
I'm just going to be straightforward and longwinded, and you can make up your mind from here.

I'm a Puertorican, born on the island, but spent my life between PR, California, Austin, and Connecticut.

I've been described as jolly, goofy, a foodie, infectiously enthusiastic, fun loving, possessing boundless energy and an enormous heart, an over-thinker, and someone once called me a 'do anything motherfucker'. I have been approached by people who told me that I 'glow'; I consider that the best compliment I could receive in my life.

I believe life is better when people are open with each other.
I see both sides to (almost) every argument (yeah I'm the guy who plays Devil's advocate all the time), and I pride myself on thinking myself capable of being friends with almost anybody.

I love: exploration, adventure, live music, festivals, camping at festivals, traveling, running trails when everyone else is walking, disc-golf, cooking, playing sports, and doing whatever I want, whenever I want.

I like to travel a lot, solo or otherwise. I can't really sit still and constantly need to be stay occupied.

ENFP, if you're into that.
What I’m doing with my life
Enjoying it, and figuring it out as I go.

Working for the man, but I can't complain. My job provides me large chunks of time where I can hang out at home for extended periods, but I do have to travel when necessary.
I’m really good at
-Making friends
-Making people laugh
-Self Deprecation
-Staying positive
-making the most out of life
The first things people usually notice about me

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
TV Shows-
Top 5 All Time (In no particular order) - Breaking Bad, Arrested Development, The Wire, The Simpsons, South Park. Other loved shows include Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Futurama, Archer, Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Sherlock, Parks and Rec, The Office, Brooklyn 99, Rectify, House of Cards, and the list goes on; I just can't get into any reality tv.

Everything, I'm a bit of a cinephile. Favorites include: The Raid Redemption, Step Brothers (Guilty Pleasure), La Vita E Bella, The Star Wars Trilogy (I can describe scene for scene every movie, and maybe even quote it), Oldboy (Korean Version), anything from the Coen Brothers (Lebowski, Fargo, and No Country especially), Her, Holy Motors, and almost anything from Sam Raimi (Spider Man 3 was an atrocity).

EVERYTHING. But if we're getting specific, Thai is my favorite. Some of my favorite spots in Austin include: Salty Sow, East Side Pies, Komé, Sway, Elizabeth St., Hoover's, Eastside Cafe, Odd Duck, Bufalina, Blue Dahlhia, and Second Bar.

I read, but probably not as much as I should. That said, I get in about a book a month. Personal favorites include Cat's Cradle, Devil in the White City, Freedom, Lost City of Z, Stephen King's Dark Tower Series, LOTR Trilogy, and a whole mess of historical non-fiction.

I also enjoy graphic novels. I keep up with the Walking Dead and Saga, and I loved Watchmen, Maus, and Y: The Last Man.

EVERYTHING. My shuffle can easily jump around to any of the following (as a sampling): Charlie Parker, Justice, Velvet Underground, Joni Mitchell, Nas, Al Green, Talking Heads, The Men, Black Lips, Dr. Dog, Bonobo. Favorite shows of the year include: Local Natives, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Disclosure, J5, Bonobo, Wu-Tang, GZA with Brownout, David Byrne and St. Vincent, and Chromatics.
I really love going to festivals. This year's slate includes: SXSW, Coachella, Euphoria Fest, Bonnaroo, UtopiaFest, FunFunFun, ACL, and hopefully a few more that pop up along the way.

On a typical Friday night I am
Hangin' with my friends, a fridge full of beer and a fresh bottle of (good) bourbon.

OR Hitting Up the Drafthouse, at a show, watching a moving and blazing at home, trying to acquire some new skill, OR Distilling Cachaça
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've never really cared for Bruce Springsteen.
