I'm currently waiting patiently for the next chapter. Linning my ducks up and dotting my i's. Relationship wise I am not looking for anything long term... for now. If something develops into that? Sure! I love to run and stay active. Laughter is almost always the correct answer to life's little problems. Well, maybe not the answer, but it sure is a great way to cope and put things into perspective.
I run. For fun, to relax, to stay healthy and to challenge myself. I get out as much as I am able. I have heard people say it's too much. Trails are where I'm most at home. Any day I can spend 8 hours in the woods running is a good day.
I guess I'm good at running? I'm not fast, but I can run a long time.
Baking! Cupcakes. Breads. Muffins. I don't pretend to be a master, or know everything, but being able to take a few simple ingredients and create something scrumptious and (hopefully!) a little healthy? One of the things that makes me happy.
I listen to pretty much anything music wise. As long as it isn't on the extreme end of the spectrum of hardcore gangster rap, super pop, or ultra twangy modern country, I'll give it a chance.
Movies... list time kids. Back to the Future. Jurassic Park. Clue. Nightmare Before Christmas. Airplane!. Mystery Men. Unbreakable. Alien. Almost any Pixar (except for Cars. That movie can go to hell). No order there, just an off-the-top-of-my-head list.
Books. Golden Compass. The Stand. Pretty much any Neil Gaimen. What I Talk About When I Talk About Running. Running and Being. I have yet to encounter a bad Bill Bryson book. World War Z. Any Graeme Base. Game of Thrones (yes, the books are better. Suck it HBO).
That sense of satisfaction from self improvement.
Whiskey. (The Rye-ier the better!)
The first 10 seconds after crawling into bed after a long day and letting go.
Music. (Listening to, not creating)
I'd say internet connectivity, but we all know its something we could LIVE without, but greatly prefer to have at our fingertips. So...
