My self-summary
His wardrobe is snazzier. His travel itinerary is busier than ever. And The New York Times Magazine just called him the most connected and influential man on the continent.
OK, so those words don’t quite describe me... yet. But maybe they will be soon? ;-)

By day, I'm a senior financial analyst, and I love what I do. Every day, I meet with CEOs and help small businesses grow – which means I'm pretty much singlehandedly stimulating the economy. You're welcome, America.

But after the workday is over, I'm lacing up my neon running shoes, queuing up my borderline-embarrassing workout playlist, and hitting the trail. Training for a marathon is kind of like jumping out of a plane—it's not a thing that normal people do voluntarily, but damn do you feel good afterwards. (And yes, I do have a basis for comparison.)

If I'm not running or testing gravity from 3,000 feet, you might find me cooking up a Lebanese, Indian, or Italian feast for my friends. (I make zero claims as to the authenticity of my food, but it definitely tastes good.) But if it's vacation time, I could be anywhere from San Francisco to Bangkok. Now all I need is a traveling partner...
What I’m doing with my life
Living and loving it by working at a job I love, traveling the world, and attempting to achieve Olympian speed and strength.
I’m really good at
Everything except underwater basket weaving, time travel, and licking my own elbow.
The first things people usually notice about me
You tell me ;-)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I do most of my reading online... shoutout to ESPN and the Wall Street Journal.
My taste in music is pretty eclectic, too, from Drake to Taylor Swift (don't hate).
I was pretty addicted to True Detective and am sad that it’s over.
And I'm a pretty adventurous eater... I'll try anything once.
Six things I could never do without
Family/friends/social network (duh).
My car.
Running shoes (possible substitution for the car?)
Constant hydration.

I'm currently taking applications for number six...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Doing my part to change the world. My next marathon is in support of Smile Train, which donates money to children with cleft lips. By running 26 miles, I'll actually be helping 20 kids get surgery for their cleft lips – and I'm just one of the many people running. I firmly believe that if we all do something small, we can make a significant difference. Running a marathon might not sound like the most sensible way to change the world, but it'll definitely change the smiles of 20 kids forever, and that means a lot to me.
On a typical Friday night I am
If I'm not out for dinner and drinks with friends, chances are I've got a hot date scheduled with my Netflix instant queue.
You should message me if
You're kind, intelligent, and passionate about life.
You’re well-educated and bring your A-game to every conversation.
You see the world as full of possibilities, and you want to explore all of them… preferably while wearing a pair of running shoes.

If that sounds like you, then send me a message and let's see where this goes...
