My self-summary
I Love. Agape'; Eros; Philos. Think Leo Buscaglia -- a mentor and friend; he taught me much about Living, Love and Learning.

I am Fun, Loving, and Compassionate
What I’m doing with my life
Enjoying Every Moment ... Living In The Moment ... Forsaking Nothing ... Giving All ... Being Real ....
I’m really good at
Whatever I put an effort into
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm not shy.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Silent Spring
A corny movie..Roulan Rouge (I loved the music composition)
Anything to do with Nature, Science, Discovery
I have eclectic tastes... but not too keen on ballads, crooning, or crooners...and I'm slow... if I have to play the piece 50 times to figure out what they're saying.. I won't.
Keep food real. Any meal that requires or tastes like salt should not be eaten. I'm passionate about supporting local food purveyors, farmers and small business.
The six things I could never do without
A swiss army knife. The mechanical solution tool.
Air. This and water... goes without saying... And I share well with others.
Desire. Gotta have it. Warmth from the inside out.
Curiosity. That driving force that moves us forward and enables discovery....
Peace of mind. Never look back. Forgive and forget. Love is all that matters. Be Love... and you get it all.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Over the last decade and especially these last few years I am more anxious for the health and wellbeing of my country. We have lost our way and most don't care, don't know, or have given up hope. I think about that. I think about nutrition. I think about the idea that for thousands of years we did perfectly fine without technology and processed foods. I think about pollution. I think about corruption. I think about greed. I think about how apathetic Americans are as fellow travelers on this vessel with so many others...and some how we feel entitled...better. That's the crazy shit I I think about. You?
Do you give a shit? If not... don't bother messaging me. It matters.
On a typical Friday night I am
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
that's an oxymoron... how can it be private...and shared on a public website? Hello???
You should message me if
... you want to say, 'Hi'!
